The shampoo dispenser in the shower was completely empty and that was annoying. It certainly didn't ruin our stay though!

The staff were terrific and went out of their way to get us to the airport after our stay, They always kept the room clean and it was a pleasure to come back to it at the end of the day.

The only minus for me is that there was no water spray for the toilet. As a muslim, it was quite troublesome to clean myself.

The hotel exceeded my expectation! Among other choices I have, this hotel offers a reasonable price for a very comfortable room and excellent service. It is located in a quite surroundings but has many choices of restaurant, cafe, and supermarket nearby. The room is spacey and comfy. The bed is big. It also has a set of two sitter sofa and a lounge chair. It is complemented by a big flat screen tv with netflix and youtube ready. There is a built in wardrobe and a set of small chiller + water boiler. The bathroom is also spacey enough with a shower cabin, toilet and wash basin. The furniture and lightning make it look a bit outdated, but it is okay for me because it is clean and tidy. They also provide hand wash soap, a bar soap, and shampoo as well. As for the service, they provide free airport shuttle and options for free breakfast as well. All staff are very friendly and full of smile. They can speak English and Bahasa Indonesia very well so you won't have problem to communicate. If I were to come back to Dili, I will go back to this hotel for sure!

The hotel staff told me it was free to take me to the airport. But after getting to DIL, the driver, an employee of the hotel, still asked money from me. It was not too much but I felt I was cheated. This is the only flaw that I observed.

The room facility was much above my expectation to be like an apartment. The small fridge is a fancy device to cool down water and drinks in the hot weather of Dili. The staff was nice to help me check in and book a taxi. The breakfast was served in the neighboring Great Wall Restaurant and was quite delicious.

WiFi in the room didn't work when I arrived (although they fixed it quite quickly). You'll need it as I didn't find anywhere else in Timor Leste that had WiFi (FFS) !! The 'hotel' is essentially a large block of self-contained flats, but more than adequate

Good location, large rooms, breakfast is served in a Chinese restaurant around the corner (not bad, but nothing special). Also, they offer a free pick up and drop off at the airport, which is a big bonus.

Room wasn't available so they upgraded our room without us asking. Also, they were extremely flexible with check out (allowed us to stay in room right up until we needed to go to airport)
