We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesDuqm is an industrial area, mostly frequented by business travelers. I was on a road trip on my way to Salala, needed a place to stopover for the night. The stay was amazing, the breakfast was fantastic with varieties from American to Indian to every other cuisine. The room was a surprise, spacious, clean, with a beautiful sea view, a private patio overlooking the beach.

SwedenAs in many places in Oman it is sad to see the amount of trash on the beach. This is no fault of the hotel, a lot of it has clearly been washed up from the sea, but hopefully visitors, tourists and locals alike can make a better effort of taking care of trash, in particular all the plastic, in a better way.
Nice location a short walk from the beach. The hotel has lovely surroundings and a nice set up. After a small mishap with our room allocation, this was quickly remedied and we got a better room and spent a very relaxing night at the hotel. Staff were very serviceminded.

United Arab EmiratesRestaurant are 250 meter away from my room 401. Stray dogs are barking and walking around especially at night. I booked hotel taxi to airport. They placed food and counter boy for their airport coffee shop together in my taxi without asking me . And they charged 7.6 Riyals from me for this food transportation vehicle.
Only I like the support from Mr. Shahul ( receptionist) During check in , they offered 24 hrs taxi service. But when I ask for taxi to go and buy medicine, no driver available. Finally Mr.Shahul help me to download oman taxi app and get a cab.

Great location, great view, helpful and always smiling staff, great food, hotel room was very comfortable with all the equipment needed. We were able to update the invoice at the end of our stay and I rate this hotel 10 out of 10. It was a great experience even though it took a long time of driving to get to the Duqm.
