We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesNight staff spoke NO English, no working ice machine nor snack machine & 2 steps to room were so bad that it was VERY hard to maneuver, esp. as we are disabled!! Tripped on step into room SEVERAL times!!
It is an easy 20 minute drive to Martinsville Speedway from here AND 5-10 minute drive to any type of store, such as grocery, clothing & miscellaneous, U may need. Nearby places to eat, as in 5-10 minutes away, are Wonderful & U get your $'s worth!! Room was clean BUT night staff did NOT speak English!!

United StatesThe steps onto sidewalk then into the room are difficult when you are handicapped like we are. We did NOT request a handicapped room as they aren't impossible to overcome, just difficult.
Extremely convenient to food, shopping & racing. Thie manager is a Very nice & friendly gentleman. We stayed there last year so he made sure we had the room we requested then honored the SAME rate when we extended out stay BOTH years!! We'll be back this fall.

United StatesThe Room and the Tub... needs a Deep Cleaning.....just very Nasty tub and shower curtain...also had a bad smell...ended up paying for a room that we used as a storage of our belongings while we attended an event ..My husband and I did not stay the night...we left around 2:00 am and drove 1.5 hours to our home....Our Clean Place,!!!!..... Suggestions...Find A House keeper that Cleans....😠

United StatesThe lobby was dark and closed. You had to use a night window during all hours. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the tub was dirty. The room wasn't clean,and most of the outlets didn't work. The write-up stated that there was an iron in every room. There wasn't. I had to go back to the night window and ask for an iron and more pillows. The iron I was given didn't even work. We had to wear wrinkled clothes to the funeral.We couldn't get out of the reservation due to a non refundable policy. There was also a $20 cash only deposit, which was returned upon checkout. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.
The location was great. We were there for a funeral, so the location was very convenient.

United Statesthe pool is closed. the free breakfast was shut down. the owners were rude. the carpet, walls, & bathtub was stained. poorly patched holes. you can not smoke on the property. I paid online, it said nothing about a deposit but when I got there I had to pay $50, in which they kept when I was 30 minutes later than check out.

United StatesThere was no breakfast. Even though it was supposed to come with our room. We have been to this location twice and neither time was there a breakfast offered. There is a Hardees and Biscuitville right across the street so we didn't mind. The pool was not open either time either. Could be a covid thing. Everything is blamed on covid nowadays.
