the apartment was clean and cozy. you will really feel like you are in your own house. just that there was only one parking pass given and the other car has to stay outside; i just thought that it was a group stay in so i think there should be at least 2 car passes.

Finland50 reviews5 helpful votes“Chirstmas at Muscat”There were normal living sounds in the yard and in the corridor - windows and doors are rather thin so the noise woke up almost every morning at 8 am. A bit strange smell in the kitchen. Quite a lot of small flies around inside the apartment. Wifi was sometimes very slow - sometimes no wifi at all. We knew where we goin and we were rather satisfied - what you pay is what you get - you should know there is no cleaning, no towel changing etc. But there was a washing machine so we washed them by ourselves.
Pools were ok, sunbeds are made of wood so quite hard. Lots of parking space. Apartment was spacious enough for a family of four.

Frying pan had eggs remains from previous cooking. Ice dishes in the freezer had dirt remains. Basically the place should have deeper more attentive cleaning.

Oman7 reviews“Values for money if your looking for a nice place to stay in muscat.”We called reception many times we got no answer. Guy who brought us to our room was not very helpful unlike on our first stay. Kitchen cabinets was roach infested. Water pressure on the shower was very low.
Clean pool, nice and quiet location. Comfortable beds and huge space.

They transferred us to another room when the AC was not working in one of the rooms. They have a spacious kitchen.
