United Arab EmiratesThe beach was full of sea weed. Which I don't like swimming with. Because of the holiday, the hotel was fully booked, which affected the breakfast time, the place for breakfast is not enough space during peak time. They need additional stuff and space.

OmanThe cleaning of the rooms need to be improved. and they was not enough towels comparing to the number of room occupants, But it was ok we you call the room service and ask for towel they bring them quickly. Need to have more restriction at the swimming pools asking the people to avoid to play with balls to dont hurt others and asking some of visitors to wear proper swimming clothes instead of their normal clothes for hygiene purpose.
The Staff is very friendly and very helpful, lot of activities for the family, the Front Desk Staff are really very friendly specially Charles. When you need something and you call the room service to ask for it, they bring it immediately. The kids enjoyed the time and had many activities, they loved the new small aqua park The Barbecue, the beach, the water activities (jet ski).

OmanWhile I understand that due to the influx of guests during holidays, the service standards fell below expectations. The queues at the restaurant and delay in housekeeping services made the experience some unpleasant.
My stay at the resort was overall a delight! The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a gorgeous view. I enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant and loved lounging by the pool. Overall, it was a perfect, relaxing escape that I would highly recommend!

OmanI booked two rooms. But the interior was different in both the rooms. One was average and other was nice. I think because of holidays. Many peoples were there.

OmanThe beds are not very comfortable, as the mattress was not hard enough for people with back issues, other wise the room was good. The closet was not cleaned , as there was sand in it.
The buffet food was very delicious and there was a variety to chose from. The room size was also good for two people. The front desk reception staff specially Abdul Raheem was very good and professional and offered us good services. My husband and I enjoyed the Spa services as well.

Bahrain1- The room was not well prepared, as I had to call for the missing stuff. 2- The cupboards & drawers are overused (this drops the value down). 3- The lights (closet light & reading lights) are loose & not working. 4- The toilet exhaust fan is not working. 5- The washing basin is partially blocked. 6- During the breakfast time, I found rice grains under the dining table (which is mostly from the night before).

OmanOne thing I was not very happy about was the the price I paid for 2 Korona beers. the price I paid was riyal 5. and some bias. for 2 bears it came over 10 OMR, Which I feel is very very heigh. The management need to re-look at the pricing be reasonable customer. if they need the customers to use the facility instead of carrying his own.
I had dinner with my partner at the poolside restaurant, it was a limited menu, however the food was very good and taste, staff was excellent.
