Beautiful hotel over looking Fistral Beach, lovely lobby and seating area, restaurant and breakfast choices excellent. Lovely bar for evenings. Nice pool and jacuzzi area, lovely touch to get robes for use. Amazing toiletries in bathroom - organic. Riims very clean, lovely shortbread with tea/coffee. Staff very helpful & friendly. Complimentary drink as we were celebrating an anniversary

I know we were in a dog room, but f me that stank of dog. Our dog doesn't stink, he doesn't malt, but it was so unfortunate the stink in the room. Service for dinner was a bit poor, had to keep asking for someone to take our order, but I guess that's the negative about having a dog and sitting by reception, ppl forget about you

Great value for money. Room size was great, bathroom and coffee facilities were perfect. Everything available was amazing, kids soft play, outdoor pirate park, cinema.

You put two single beds together. My Mrs was always on the otherside of the bed rather than hurting one's torso / back by laying in the middle of the two beds. I did not want to complain , in hindsight I should of pointed this out.

Hotel is lovely and the location is superb. Special mention to the wonderful member of staff who had our room ready for just after midday , sorry I did not get her name (latin looking) , for this we are both very thankful and grateful.

Our water from the shower was quite week and the temperature fluctuated quite a lot so wasn’t the most pleasant shower experience

Nothing- great stay

Staff amazing, very kind and always helpful, 2 minute walk to the beach, great fresh cooked breakfast also very good continental options, parking on site and a surf shop onsite. Sauna facilities are very modern and the hotel is very child friendly with soft play inside and another play area outside.

My one and only issue was that our room was so hot and as we were on the ground floor and had children in the room, I didn’t feel safe to leave the French doors open at night. It was therefore absolutely roasting hot and stuffy as there was no air con. This would be my only issue but it was almost unbearable as there were five of us in the room and it made it hard to sleep. Other than that we loved everything!

Absolutely loved the facilities - super activities for families such as the soft play area, outdoor play area, pool table etc. Staff were super friendly and the room and all facilities were immaculately clean.

Some kids were jumping in the pool splashing everyone around. The jacuzzi water was yellow so we did not use it.

Some of the staff are poorly trained in my opinion. Three of the bar staff did not seen to know what the correct measure for a Baileys is and there was a general lack of helpfulness at times. Some of the staff were great.

The hotel is very well presented, modern and in very good condition. The position is stunning, on the side of Fistral beach. Away from the town but only a short walk across the beach to the main Fistral bar and restaurant area.The views were amazing and we will miss them, I'm sure. The facilities are excellent, the pool area is in fantastic condition and everything works well.

nice welcome bags for children when checking-in. Swimming pool was an Ok size. its great they have a sauna and a jacuzzi pool. Nice touch was the cinema and live entertainment every night. Rooms and overall hotel decor looks modern and not old and worn
