We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I have stayed at FDH for more than 25 years. The staff are excellent and some have been there for many years. Proof of good working conditions and management. The whole Covid period the FDH went through a proper renovation of all rooms and bathrooms. So today the hotel is in new excellent condition. Also the two inner court yards and pool were renovated.

Despite the unexciting frontage on the side of the road, it is a lovely little gem of a hotel hidden away behind high walls. Beautiful open courtyards that the rooms open off from. Lovely rooms all newly upgraded. Very comfortable rooms with lovely en suits. Will definitely be back.

Quick checkin, modern and quiet room, bar and restaurant, good breakfast, easy checkout, easy parking, close to old area of Nizwa Fort (8 minute drive), staff were good and very polite.

Pool had no towels and you have to first find staff and then equest one. We told bald guy at reception to make sure room aircon is working well as it was too hot outside but aircon in room wasn't working as it should be at 17 degree.This hotel has so much potential to exceed expectation

QatarKnocking our doors in the morning by the staff for room servicing was very annoying and unusual. we never experienced this before. The room did not have any sign for “Don’t Disturb” or “ Make room” sign that we could hang outside of the door. The guests may be tired and sleeping. This outdated practice must be changed. The force of the water in the bathroom is variable and unpredictable.
it is quiet location. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good, different menus were on each day. However, the choice is not that wide but reasonable. The quality is good. On site free parking is good.

Room was very clean, comfortable, large sized and well decorated. Breakfast buffet selection was very good too. The area was quiet and peaceful, the pool looked very inviting. We didnt stay long enough to use the pool but we shall plunge in the next time! Hotel is well located and convenient for sight seeing trips. A very pleasant hotel, efficient and helpful staff and highly recommedable to all visiting Nizwa.
