We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomvery poor maintenance- none of the issues we raised were dealt with - patio door not locking- shower grab came off wall, safe not working - however the bathroom was good size and nice shower with hot water . Dogs loose - young dog scratched and bit my travel companion and dog poo on the beach - broken sunbeds . certain areas need overhaul

The hotel was beautiful, with a wonderful view, and it had a restaurant on the beach serves delicious food, and the swimming facilities are enjoyable

United KingdomWiFi was poor in rooms and intermittent in common areas. We were led to believe from the description that dinner would be buffet style but this was not the case I suspect because numbers having half board didn't warrant it. Instead there was a more limited choice menu plus standard pasta/pizza offerings. However not all the staff had a full grasp of all the options you could have despite being corrected by the manager. A few staff were somewhat surly in manner on occasions. This included one incident in the hotel bar where one of the staff who went by the name of 'Mr Whatever' turned off the TV we were watching because in his view we needed to buy a drink. This was despite us being residents and buying drink over 12 nights!
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and you could ask for fried eggs, omlettes etc to be made to order. Hotel is in a great location just across from the beach with no roads to cross.

GermanyThe check-in time was 14:00. We arrived at the hotel at 17:00 and our room was not ready. We waited for around 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned, were not offered a coffee while waiting nor an apology. The toilet flush was leaking water. We informed the reception twice, each time we were told that a maintenance staff would come over to check but nobody attended at all.
The location was superb and the beach was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of food options, the staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

SwedenParking staff need to tell guests to park properly. Room numbers on the walls are peeling off. Horrible cleaning, even on cleaning day balcony was never swept, Handle to adjust shade missing, A/C smells funky, needs cleaning. Tap is off center, toilet seat fell apart, mini bar fridge built in so it doesn't cool, TV has analogue VHS quality. Most staff in reception and breakfast area are arrogant or just shying away from guests, don't even say welcome or hello. Claim understaffed, but actually extremely uncoordinated, while staff is going cleaning common areas instead of doing urgent fixes or serving the breakfast area. Guests book the pool beds with towels, then go for an hour of breakfast. Staff should not allow this idiotic behaviour. Every day they turned off the water at least once without any warning,. Had to wash off using bottled water. 22:45 (!) a guy with regular street clothes knocks on the door, to take a look at the broken toilet seat. We were getting ready to go to sleep. We'd already told three reception employees the exact problem. What kind of hotel is this messed up? Very loud music on the beach, and "private" beach is nothing private, it's public, with random people taking the best spots and there's nothing the hotel can or will do about it. Spa guy annoying trying to sell you his shop, even at breakfast, and doesn't take no for an answer. Had to tell him to stop interrupting me.
Breakfast was very good. The staff in the parking are very kind. Two people, one concierge and one man in the restaurant area, are really working hard in this place, they deserve credit... and a vacation. Right on the beach. Balcony was very nice (we got upgraded...).

United KingdomSafe had been closed when previous guests had vacated the room so I needed assistance to open it , but even though I asked reception to send someone to help nobody came. Which ment I had an uncomfortable vacation having to watch my valuables instead of being able to secure them.

Irelandrooms where bad everything broken toilet/sink /telephone /fridge /pillows bed had to move on 2nd day .new room no better just smaller with the same problems plus water pouring out of the bottom of the sink everytime you turned it on and flooded the bathroom and smelt like sewers .hotel not really ready for guests think it was too early in the season .felt like we were in the middle of renovations and spring cleaning .no sun beds on beach and not many around the pool.

Staff excellent - Notably Jasin on reception / Ahmet, Cengis & Youssuf at the restaurant. The location was calm and peaceful with a beautiful beach space. Pool was very clean and safe from any wind. The underground gym and pool were also very much appreciated. Very likely to return.

TurkeyHad a blast here with my friends, we've stayed here for some time before moving into our AirBNB and I must say, I wish I could've stayed here more. Location is amazing, whether you rent a car or not, transportation to various places are easy. Pool and beach are spotless. The staff are as friendly as you could want them to be. Breakfast is delicious, they also have an a la carte restaurant but we've only experienced beer sides and they were pretty good.

I thought the hotel would be empty due to off season but It was pretty populated and had a great restaurant and a bar with friendly staff. By the way, I have to thank Yasin, we had a lenghty talk about watches lol, he's a great lad. Hoping to visit again in summer
