The food was really bad with zero options of grilled meat. Indians won’t like it much. There was no carpet covering the suite. The place is opp to sea which causes humidity on the floor. Due to the dampness, my baby fell on the floor and hit his head. This could have been avoided if the room was carpeted.

Nothing. Everything was good.

We booked 2 connected rooms and contacted the hotel which thankfully provided us with the type of rooms needed. As our stay was to celebrate our daughter's birthday, the hotel had a complementary small cake with her name on it delivered to her room, That was a very nice touch. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and riding bikes and playing table tennis. Unfortunately the weather was humid and hot especially at the evening but the hotel was offering kids movie night which a lot of children have attended including ours. We enjoyed our dinner at Azure restaurant and next day we had a breakfast buffet at Mydan Restaurant. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely revisit again.

Pool Bar service timings need to be re-looked. Some drinks have particular timings which are not suited for travelers.

The room and facilities are good. Breakfast does not have many options and there is a considerable window to maintain this specialty. Previous Musanna Resort had amazing all three food courses.

My family and I spent a nice one day stay in this resort. stay at the barcelo was good,, Enjoyed Breakfast was good. Separate pool for kids and families. Overall good stay.. Frindly staff.

Tennis courts could be refurbished. Activities close by 7pm while kayaking starts at 10 am which should be early morning due to the heat.

Property was refurbished recently and more activities like kayaking and cycling etc were added. Summer rate was good value. Gym was good.

The pool shuts down at 8pm, that is a downer, because of hot summers, it's unusable during the day, while we look forward to it in the evenings, sadly it closes so early that it robs us of a good time.

Staff, cleanliness, and facilities were all good, the only thing the hotel could improve upon is the weather😂

The jacuzzi water was cold, the heater wasn't working and the engineer didn't fix it in time during our stay.

The Staff A.Rhman upgraded our room from garden view to see view. And they allowed for a late checkout. We appreciated it very much.

how far from the city it is, the food isn’t great and as a solo women traveller you may be approached often by other hotel guests it gets very busy on Friday / Saturday with locals and their children so I would avoid staying then

The beach and water of the sea are quite dirty, and the price for a Resort in this location is too high in my opinion. There is nothing around, if you only like to stay in the hotel, it is a good place, but you cannot even find restaurants outside of the resort.

The resort itself is quite nice, the room was good and clean, the pools were nice, very good (but expensive) dinner and very nice breakfast buffet.
