Food variety was limited. Could have been better. Also, we had to wait for more than one hour to check in after reaching at 2.45pm. Check in time was mentioned as 2.00pm.

Very disappointed that you advertise green practises but Housekeeping are trained to change towels etc daily anyway. It would have been so nice to have a screen door to enjoy the cool fresh air on December nights and reduce air conditioning use. Connectivity (wifi) needs an upgrade, update to put USB outlets in room would be really helpful.

The staff are the best here, so friendly and kind! Glass water bottle : excellent! LOVE the Frankincense toiletries, wish they were available for sale in a small gift shop. Food was tasty for a buffet format.

The breakfast spread was mediocre. Could have been better with the choice of hot and healthy food. For 2 nights the breakfast was almost the same.

The service levels were poor. It took us 5 calls and 2 hours to get an additional bed when our booking was clearly for 3 adults. Getting an additional towel and shampoo took 3 calls and 1 hour. Staff at reception could not offer any guidance regarding places to see. Cook at breakfast live station was unfriendly.

the reception area, to dark, no welcome drink and a very grumpy man showing us our rooms wrongly and, additionally, he irritated the lady receptionist non stop in an appalling way.

More choices in the restaurants and the service in the restaurant was a little slow, but very friendly.

The food was extremely underwhelming. Breakfast options were limited and the preparation was below average. Same was the case with the a la carte menu during lunch and dinner. The outside dining area was full of flies which spoilt the dining experience even further.

The property is beautiful and the view from the room overlooking the canal was amazing. The room was spacious and clean.

First of all, the food options could be improved. Also the hotel lacks a spa area as they have only a gym area.

First of all, I really liked the butler “Ali” who was very welcoming and helpful with everything. I also liked the accessibility of the resort and the vintage Arabic design.

The restaurant is a problem, service is very slow, takes ages for a simple glass of water to even get to the menu, once you finally order the food it takes close to 1 hour to get any simple dishes, the quality of the food is 'ok' without exceeding any expectations, I would strongly recommend having either more staff or train the current staff to be more agile, by the second day the speed of the service was a joke among my friends and family. we spent from 3:30 pm to 7 pm and we could only have on beer each, because the service never came again, even when we had to go to the cashier. terrible pool and restaurant service.

Very nice place, the decoration is traditional Arabic and it's very cozy, the rooms are massive and have everything you could need, pillows, bedsheets, and beds are great. The staff in the reception is very kind and fulfill all the request. I tried the Spa and it's fantastic as well, very professional and relaxing.
