Automated check-in wasn’t good. Quite a noisy location with the school outside but this wasn’t an issue once the weekend came.

The windows were towards a school so there was a bit of noise with windows open. No kettle in the apartment. Slightly complex check-in system as you need to do it all via a screen, however was able to call support staff with the phone next to it. When arriving by car, there is no where to park really to unload the suitcases as the apartment is literally on a big roundabout.

Really central location, and very spacious apartment. Was brilliant for the 5 of us to stay in there. Apartment is very bright and historic/beautiful.

The bathroom could need renovation. The cleaning was medium. There was a below-minimum of household products such as 1 dishwasher tablet for 4 persons for 4 days, 3 rolls of bathroom tissue. This necessitates you get all that stuff for a short stay, unnecessary. I would rather have paid the very few extra euros it would cost them to provide what you need of the basics.

We got in ahead of check-in time, great. The property was as described. Good location. Nice with balconies.Easy check-in a leave procedures.

The kitchen was incredibly bare-bones, with a lot of unused space and some missing objects that would have been useful: There was no salt, pepper, sugar or capsules for the Nespresso machine (though a small cleaning package was included!) and no boiler to heat water for tea. Additionally, the switch in the bath to make the water come out through the shower-head only worked half.

The location of the property is incredibly central, in walking distance of many small shops and bakeries as well as the bigger shopping malls and museums. Also within easy reach of any kind of taxi, metro or bus. Checking in went smooths and was completely automated (machine which took information and coded keycards for us.

1. Automated check in procedure 2. Main door, not sure how to explain but there is a barrier / step you need to go over.... Not a problem for us but if u have a push chair or wheel chair u will need to lift it. We didn't check is that barrier can open manually as we didn't need too. 3. On check out, we had to empty bins, that wasn't a problem but to take it out of the building and empty it on the street bins, not sure where to empty it.

I loved the apartment, very close to the metro and all other stuff around. Shops were close by too. Every few stores, there is a corner shop where you get almost anything. Lots of food places around. Easy to get from aeroport using metro. It has an elevator as well and the room had a safe box as well. Will stay here again or any other MH apartments as we were happy with it.

Had some issues with the electronic check-in which requested passport information of both parties, although only one was present at check-in. This was readily fixed by one of the team.

Incredible location, roomy, with all the amenities. Wonderful and would highly recommend.

The convection stove was difficult to operate. No electric kettle so had to use the microwave to heat water. The maintenance staff was able to help us understand the stove after which we were able to use it.

Bathrooms were small thou, when someone is in the shower, no one can get in to use the toilet. It would be nice if its located separately but we still manage.

If you can, try to get a higher floor if you stay here. We were on the first floor (European first) and could feel the subway rumble. The living room and second bedroom windows face the street and the building is on a roundabout so can be quite noisy all day though it quiets down a little in the night. The furniture in the apartment is functional but the floor is smooth so the single beds can slide around a bit if bumped and the living room couch was not as comfortable as it looked. Also, because it is on a roundabout, it can be hectic trying to load your luggage into a taxi as busses and cars whizz past.

There is ample space and storage for a family of 4 and the apartment has all the basic amenities for a short trip. The kitchen is a good size so you can prepare meals if you want. The cleaning crew did a good job and the aircon units worked so it was very comfortable to return to the apartment each evening. The location is top, right next to a subway station and a leisurely 20-30 minute walk to the touristic part of the city. The local neighborhood is also very interesting, with many nice restaurants and cafes within a 10-minute walk.

The only thing with the property was you could hear other guests coming to there rooms and the doors shutting to the apartments were very loud but I suppose this is the case for most apartments in busy cities. Only a little thing though as once guests were in their apartment we couldn’t hear any noise. Wouldn’t put me off re-booking.

The apartment is really spacious which was good for four of us. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need from washing machine, fridge and freezer compartment. Nice location as it was easy access to most places and not a long walk to the beach. Very good value for Monday.

The check in process was done on a kiosk inside the entry way and it was lengthy, requiring a lot of information that could have been provided before hand.

The apartment was spacious and clean. There were two private bedrooms with linen and there was a sitting area to relax in. The building is conveniently located above a train stop, so you can easily navigate the city from the apartment.

The check in system is a little bit complicated with passports having to be scanned on a little machine at the entrance etc. but we eventually figured it out.

We stayed in the top floor 3-bed apartment. It was very central- walking distance to multiple attractions with a metro stop and buses at the door step. It was well equipped and well furnished, and air conditioned (very important if like us you plan to visit in summer months!)
