I chose this hotel based on the good reviews here and it didn't disappoint. I loved the place. The room was spacious and warm. There's a mosque nearby, beach, and many shops, cafes, McDonalds. I ordered food using Talabat and they delivered to my room. Quiet and cozy neighborhood. Clean room. Comfy bed. Pleasant smell. Very affordable. Reception were welcoming . I had a great 2 nights there and will come back. It is in the middle of Muscat where you can visit old Muttrah on one side or new Seeb on the other side. And it's close to the Grand mall and Avenues mall : )

There was no complimentary water on arrival, nor any tea or coffee through out the 6 nights stay. Location only suited if you had a car, as the nearest bus stop to any central location was about 20 minutes away. The room was ok but could not operate the television and could not be bothered to ask at reception

I know it is not usually available in most hotels and apartments, but a foot rug for the bathroom to dry your feet would be nice; and a readily available coffee/tea station so we won't have to call the reception for it.

The best value for money so far in all the hotels and apartments we have checked in. It's cheap BUT a very nice place to stay. It is comfortable and cozy, it has a complete kitchen, dining area, and a small receiving area with a TV. It is only a 1 bedroom, and clean bathroom unit, but it is perfect for us as a family.

The location is excellently accessible by rental car. If you travel by public transport, accessibility is less comfortable than with a private car, but it is still not a problem. The accommodation is easily accessible from the airport. The accommodation is comfortable and convenient, comfortable beds, air conditioning, a kitchenette for preparing breakfast. Shopping and dining are possible not far from the accommodation. there is also a gas station and a car wash nearby. The hotel staff is excellent. Here, our guest comes first. We enjoyed our stay with my partner very much.

They never reply the message in booking.com. Requested for late c.out and it was confirmed but still started getting call from 12pm as there was no handover from the concerned person. Kitchen was not basic equipped. Room cleaning need to be improved.

Firstly the staff couldn't check us in as apparently their boss who can access the system was sleeping, so if you arrive late you might face this problem. Secondly they charged more than what was stated on booking.com, they mentioned these are all taxes. Very unprofessional staff and not very helpful, they say its a family hotel but I saw things which were not family friendly.

The installations are very old. We arrived and first thing was to pay before seeing the room. Once we entered the room, it was ok, but we found some used and wet flipflops in the bathroom. We are a couple, and they only gave us 1 towel (body towel) for both of us: there was no hand towel or feet towel... We had to get downstairs for toilet paper and they only gave 1 piece each time. Finally, even if there's a button with which you ask to get the room clean, nobody did it during our stay (3 days).

The price is good, the location is fairly good, the workers were friendly. The wifi was good and the tv was new. The neighborhood felt safe even if it was decadent. The room was clean.

They didn't provide a bedspread for an additional mattress and Only 1 towel for a room [ 2 adult and 2 children) is the worst hotel policy i ever heard
