Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Germany- no AC - no pool towels - the bed was small (only 1,40m for 2 people) and the mattress was very uncomfortable - bathroom door was squeaking
- Great Location not too far from Windhoek but still remote with great nature around - nice garden and clean pool - amazing views - dinner was delicious (but a bit expensive) - homemade bread and banana bread was delicious - very good internet! - good wine selection

GermanyHostess Ariane and her team are very friendly, the dinner - 3 courses - was delicious, as well as the breakfast. Before breakfast you could order a coffee or tea in front of your room door at a time of your choice - great service! The location is great, in the middle of beautiful, quiet nature and still only about 35 km from Windhoek, ideal for the beginning or end of a Namibian holiday. The chalets were very clean and cozy.

NamibiaA coffee/tea station in the room would've been the icing on the cake. But the early morning coffee brought to the room and the afternoon coffee more than made up for this.
Almost everything went well. No complaints at all! The visit to Liepig Haus and Von Friedrich Feste were highlights. The food and meals were also quite good.
