I booked the room at a non-refundable rate on Booking.com, but the charge to my credit card was significantly more than the rate I booked. When I asked the staff about it they said there was a surcharge because the rate was low. Seems like false advertising to me. The reason I used Booking.com is because they show the total price before you book. Seems, not the case.

The lovely room was large and well appointed, clean, relatively new. The bath tub was nice & deep. The fitness center had most equipment required, was clean and fresh. The hot tubs were great, and the pool was nice. The hotel was close to Wynn Palace, MGM, and not too far from the Venetian.

The socket in the bathroom is not working, I cannot connect it to my own shaver. It took me almost one month to get the deposit refunded. Too long.

I think the bed can be a bit more comfortable. The mattress was quite hard, so it can be softer.

I liked the location and quality of breakfast. The staff were really kind as well.

As with most hotels in Macau, check-in times are later and busy. We checked in early, but had to line up again later just to get our room key. I understand that the room may not be ready, but let us claim the keys from the concierge so we don't have to line up twice.

Very nice looking place, elegant and calming. The staff members are all well-trained and friendly. The attached Beijing Kitchen restaurant is fantastic.

Not a negative for the hotel but important to note - Between 5pm and 7pm expect a little wait for a taxi outside of the hotel. Staff try to get you one and are great at telling them where to go but these are the busy times so it may be easier to call for a taxi yourself.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to shops, casinos and restaurants. Some are attached to the hotel so it is very convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal as always and the ground floor cafe special meals of the day were amazing and excellent value for money. Upon checking in we got an upgrade to a suite where we could watch the fountain show. All staff were friendly and kind. The pool looked great however we didn't use it as it was a bit cold and miserable weather. We will be coming back for sure.

This hotel was larger than life and just absolutely incredible. Our room was so beautiful and spacious and very well appointed. The bathroom was magnificent with a massive freestanding tub with gorgeous views of the strip, a rain shower, wall shower and double vanity. The bed was huge and so comfortable, my husband and I passed out immediately as soon as we lay down. The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. The hotel connects to the subway which was very convenient to get around with.

The bar on ground floor closes at 7pm, too early. Thus, there is no 'vibes' in hotel after 7pm which is rare for Hyatt Hotels.

The hotel is a bit old. It might need some face lift

The hotel location is good. In the middle of all other hotels within walking distance. It's quiet and nice. My window was facing the fountain, I could enjoy the fountain performance from my room.
