The position of the television maybe need to change into the right position facing to the bed so that customer can watch tv while lying on the bed with comfy. Our room is raspberry room.

The staff so friendly and fast respond. The room very clean and comfy. Very suitable for those seek for relaxing and peace environment. Facilities is enough and function well. Really like the small balcony ,giving beautiful experience to couple for spend time together while enjoy the view mountain kinabalu.

The bathroom is too small n make disturbing sounds everytime we use the bathroom. I think there is trapped air and could be fixed by experienced plumber

i booked 2 room house. called "avocado" . toilet water sound was super noisey through the whole night. piping sound like fire works. kids all disturbed by the this sound , i was complained to management, they said its just normal water pump sound. very disappointed with such a price

The short drive to the Guest House is "ralley-like"...just a short passage but arriving you may wonder where you're going to end up. Don't let it put you off though, once arrived there's plenty of parking and the grounds are well kept and enjoyable. There is a muslim cemetary near the guest house. Some people may be put off by this, for us it was no problem, we always joked "at least we have quiet neighbors"...

The Kundasang Guest House is a simple accomodation, as most are in the Kundasang area. We enjoyed our stay as the location is good. The upper rooms offer a nice view of Gunung Kinabalu and the surrounding area. The room was large (we were offered a larger family room as the first room was lower level without a view) and clean. It had a small kitchen which was great for a coffee in the morning and a quick breakfast. The furnishing is simple but everything you need is there. We had a nice porch with a sitting area and views of the mountains. The bathroom is small but adequate with a warm water heater that worrked fine. Even here in this mountain region we had strong WIFI so we could easily plan our next travel steps. The staff was friendly and helfpul. We can recommend a stay at Kundasang Guest House.

The fridge was not cold. Only the freezer section was a bit cold but it was still a chiller kind of temperature, definitely not negative degrees (my ice cream did not survive). Apart from that, it was a bit difficult to adjust the shower water temperature. It was a bit too hot.

Location was fairly close to a supermarket and the town. Close to restaurants with great mountain views. It was very nice and breezy in the morning and late afternoon through the night. Perfect temperature for my liking.

The toilet and water flow can be improved, the hot water shower stopped being hot for a few minutes before it gets warm again.

I went with my family and we received an offer for a room change with a better view of the mountain with the same cost. The guesthouse exterior gives a luxurious atmosphere surrounded by nature. It was wonderful driving around places to visit in the cool weather.

even though there is a heater but get ready for a cold water shower. this is understandable due to the location in the mountain area.

zuchinni has a room worth waking up in the morning with the mountain view through the window. the receptionist lady was very helpful & informative. recommended for big families to stay in and accessible to many places of interest.

So nice montain view. All is OK. Staff also helpfull n polite.... all the flowers so fresh n beautiful. The building also unic seems like houz in London. May be owner can upgrade the room carpet, toilet bathroom and more big TV. Anyway tq owner n all staffs

1. Directional signanges at road junctions could be improved. 2. The pressure of the water heater was so terrible, that the property had to provide a pail.

The location of the guesthouse was near the Town area. The view of Gunung Kinabalu was to die for. Lovely view.
