Excellent location. Right by old and small markets as well as various eateries and tourist spots. A little busy and congested area and some homeless people sleep outside by the hotel however I didn't find any problems with that. You can get on with your business as normal day or night. Just be alert to any scammers, we came across one pair in all our trip and can happen to anyone visiting the area I guess. They didn't even seem local, seemed like foreigners. Beware anyone asking strange questions and being over friendly in the street, in any city of the world probably. Staff are polite. Excellent value for money

Water looks a bit cloudy so I preferred to use bottle water even for my tea. I did have the tap water for tea once and used it to wash obviously and didn't have any problems but I'm still suspicious of it. Rooms a little dusty and not very clean though reasonably ok. Considering the price. Lift stopped working on last day so had to use dark stairwell to take bags down. Probably a one off occurrence but still a memorable one.

Valet services available upon drop off at lobby when driving to the hotel. Really huge lobby with many comfortable seating areas. Amazing pool with 2 water slides. Room was super clean and bed was comfy. Amazing breakfast spread. Kids play area was fun and interactive. Totally loved staying there and will definitely come back again!

Perhaps the location is abit far off from the main central areas of attraction but nevertheless, still a good place to stay.

The location of the hotel is good if you have a car to travel round the city. The breakfast was pretty standard mainly local food/eggs/bread etc. The hotel charges were very decent & value for money.

The car park was on level 3A & to park there we had to pay RM10 for the entire stay, otherwise you had to park on the upper floors.

Overall wasn't a bad choice for short stay. It has good location and the place is spacious. Outside poll looks nice, but we didn't try.

It couldn be more clean, especially bathroom. Kitchen has only one pot for cooking. Second day we got also visitors (ants). In the description they offer a baby cot which they don't have at all.

The hotel didn’t provide parking. However, the staff was able to tell what could be done to avoid summons from the Municipal Council. But I wish they would tell us the parking coupons are not needed since it is Saturday (It is like Sunday for us in Melaka where parking coupons are not needed on Sunday since there is free parking on Sunday).

Dirty, and some of the items were not maintained well. some powerpoint were spoiled. aircon was not working. The floors were very dusty. The bedsheets are not the ones u see on the pictures. Stained towels and smelled musty. floor mats also smelled musty.
