Alot of club girls hanging around the pathway to the hotel as well as the casino. The hotel shld take serious action against this type of loitering. They are trying to get customers. The hotel shld provide free mini bar snacks for hotel guest like Galaxy and MGM cotai.

The room is big and spacious with open concept of bathing area. There is a blind to cover is not comfy. Good for couple.Facing the fountain will have a good view of Wynn Palace as there is shows daily. LRT station is link to the hotel 2nd floor. The chambermaid is very kind to refill many water bottles. Thanks for the b'day cake given as we are celebrating my b'day.

All the staff were very attentive & friendly. The hotel was in a great central location enabling easy access to the Cotai strip & not far by public transport to the old part of Macau & Coloane. Sammy & his staff were amazing as nothing was too much trouble & they organised taxis for us when needed with ease. Our room was very large & comfortable with nice ammenities.

Lack of alternatives for breakfast as we don’t generally like a large breakfast. Hotel lobby needed some seating.

Cleaning time late. 2 of the days during we stayed, the cleaner came to our room around 4pm , at the time we already finished outside activity backed to the room had a rest or had a sleep. Not happy about that.

Exceptional service! It’s by far the best hotel experience I ever had. Front Desk staff named Kent was so professional and accomodating. I liked that he has patience and put extra mile for assisting us during check in. I was celebrating my birthday and surprised that I can get a birthday cake from the hotel as goodwill gesture. That’s amazing! Location is awesome (near MTR station). Food and facilities are next level! I will definitely recommend staying at Grand Hyatt. 10/10

I asked for a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice which the service staff gladly obliged. However, he was apparently questioned by a colleague. Other than this, the experience at breakfast was excellent.

We booked a suite and it was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the surroundings. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices for the health-conscious or the glutton. Staff were most helpful at check-in and around the hotel.

The TVs aren't smart TVs - it's just a small complaint but in the evening we wanted to watch specific movies but the TVs can't be connected to our phones or iPads via bluetooth or wifi; they also don't offer streaming from platforms like Netflix, and the movies they offer for renting cost more than a cinema ticket. By no means do I think it's essential to have a smart TV in the room, but just for this grade of hotels and type of rooms, it would be a nice touch to have, especially these days many people have switched from watching traditional TV to streaming platforms to have more flexibility and variety of programmes to choose from.

The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. We had all the amenities we needed for the stay, and I especially liked the kitchen table where we could order in food and enjoy it there together.

Everything about the hotel. Starting with the staff who unfortunately I don’t remember his name, he worked earlier in Abu Dhabi Emirates palace. He helped us a lot during the check in and made it very smooth and upgraded our room.
