The music playing both inside and outside was much too loud and the choice of music should be reviewed to ensure that no “gangster rap” music is played since this is most violent and unpleasant.

We asked for extra bed, as there were 3 of us, but didn't happen. Slept on floor first 2 nights then shared the bed with my son next 2 nights. Pool water was colder than my two previous stay in June and in July this year. It was perfect temperature before. My son likes going to the gym, but the gym facilities were poor, so he didn't use it.

The sliding door to the balcony has an inferior type of lock and we became locked on our balcony. It is normal to have a lever to lock the balcony door which can only be done from the inside however the lock fitted here is a flip type metal device and if you are not very careful with it's position you can get locked outside. There is no phone on the balcony. Luckily we had a smartphone and after a Google search were able to call the hotel security for rescue! The experience was quite distressing.

A beautiful modern hotel in a fantastic location with a natural beach which is unusual in Monaco. The concierge, checkin, and arrival experience was excellent. The interior decor is fabulous. All restaurants and bars are beautiful with attentive professional and polite staff. The saltwater pools are beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping was also to a very high standard.

It is not acceptable to find torn towels in a hotel, even in 2 stars ones, way worst when you are paying more than 400 euros per day in a standard room.

Location is perfect. The private beach is certainly a plus considering that other five stars hotels in monaco do not offer that. Concierge staff was always very helpful, the same can be said concerning the valets.

I had a bad experience with one of the staff. I had a lunch with my baby and my husband and an Italian female employee explicitly commented what a mess my baby has done during the lunch (she was less than 1 year and she tried to throw bread to the ground, but I cleaned everything before going away). I was so sorry and I felt so bad in being judged. the employee was thinking I was not Italian and not able to understand. well, in an hotel of such level, there should be no judgment towards clients.
