Italian restaurant was very disappointing, large group of us, asked us for pre order which some of us did. Some mains came out before starters, some mains came out before starters were finished, staff were not apologetic and seemed to think it was ok? Some of food was tasteless and not well presented. Definitely some improvement needed in a 5 star hotel

Fantastic location for our sons wedding, our Baltic suite was fab, some rooms of other family members and friends needed updating however. Great facilities, wedding reception was superb. Great breakfasts, lovely spa.

Staff Service was excellent. And general service on the hotel was great. Traveled with children. The children loved the Sea spa and the closeness to the beach, and the hotells own sunbed.

I had an offer for a special price for the additional.spa area but when I tried to book this I was told it wasn't available at this time of year which was dissappinting. There was no small print to this effect when I was sent the offer.

Loved the hotel, beachfront location, spacious room which even had a pillow menu, lovely spa and huge gym. Breakfast had so many options to choose from and we ate in all of the restaurants which were amazing. Price of hotel, given facilities was excellent value.

- After your have prepaid your room (suite for that matter lol), you have to prepay EUR 40 to have a prosecco and fruits in your room. Talking about strict company policies or lack of trust. - parking could be tricky. you have to book it well advance, unless you risk of not getting it, which is lets say a bummer. Bc to find a parking space in Jurmala is not a too easy task. Specially near your beach hotel.

We enjoyed beach walking and three types of spas, warm jacuzzi and salt water pool. Breakfast is good, big variety of fruits. Glass of Prosecco on breakfast created our good mood for the rest of the day.

The room was good but with minor signs of wear and tear. The drinking water (2x0.5l) in the room was not enough for tea and coffee. Is there somewhere to refill drinking water?

An absolutely amazing luxury hotel. I am highly delighted with everything in this hotel . Breakfast was insanely good with so much choice . Superb service and extremely friendly and helpful staff. As a solo female traveler this hotel makes me feel safe and at home . Definitely recommend.
