  “We had a perfect stay here - the location is great on the sunset side of the island and Darren is always on hand for help and great chats. He couldn’t have done more for us and even took our bags to the boat for our onward travel. He has great restaurant recommendations and clearly puts a lot of effort into making his guests feel at home. The rooms are very clean, great a/c and a stocked mini bar that you pay for at the end! The area is great for chilling out and you can hire bikes next door.”

  “You get what you pay for. It’s cheap so you can’t expect a lot. The rooms were relatively ok for the price but a fan room was just too hot for us. It’s also quite far from the pier .. at least a 45 minute walk however the positive side to that is you’re right next to the opposite island.”

  “Very good stay in Don Det very calm, plus the sunset coast is way less hot than the sunrise one and has a little wind very enjoyable. The sunset is something not to miss enjoying the cocktails and other delicacies made by the hotel for a very affordable price.”

  “A great 3 night stay! Very good location, really helpful staff too (we rented bikes and paid by card for the accommodation too). Would stay again and would recommend! Good aircon, close by restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner! 5 minute walk from where the boat drops you off.”
