Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BahrainWell, the gym made a big disappointment. The gym equipment were the following: - 4 treadmills - 10 dumbbells (from 2.5kg to 9kg ONLY) no machines, no cables. The size of the room is very very small.
In general, it is a good hotel, located at the heart of Salmiya and a walking distance to the main Arabian Gulf Street (which is the center of everything). There is also a nearby cafes, (including shisha places) and number of shopping malls.

Bahrain1. Rooms and toilets are small comparing to other but its comfortable. 2. The hotel does not have dedicated or private parking facilities for its residents. However, parking is manageable as there is a 24/7 Sultan supermarket nearby where guests can park their vehicles. It may occasionally require multiple rounds to find an available parking space.
The location is the best in Kuwait. Walking distance to restaurants (all fast food you like and traditional food), shops (H&M, Centrepoint, Sultan 24/7 supermarket and many small shopping centers), and Malls (Al Fanar, Al Bustan, and Marina Mall). The staff is great, and the rooms are clean. Plus, as a family, I got connected rooms: two single beds with one queen bed. Major malls such as Avenues, 360, and the Gate are within a 15-minute drive.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, offering an extensive and exceptionally delicious breakfast. Its proximity to various amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, and even the Sea Cornish makes it an ideal choice. What I particularly want to highlight is the staff, especially Mohammed at the reception. Since our flight was at night, we were graciously allowed to check out until five o'clock, which was truly fantastic. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
