The food is good but not great. Everything is very expensive. We paid £10 for two fresh mint teas, which is literally hot water and mint leaves.

The view is incredible. Staff very friendly. Pool / gym / spa all good facilities.

Many of the staff members were lovely and helpful. Others were categorically miserable and unapologetic for their demeanor. At checkin, Lehi was lovely—knowledgeable and helpful. at checkout, even more so. but the rest of the front desk acted like it was physically painful to smile.

Absolutely gorgeous property, with exemplary facilities and amenities. Their restaurants are extraordinary (and kosher!), but OMG, the price!

The room need some updating. giving the price is so expensive .. we took half board and the food was just ok. Buffet was nice main course wasnt so good .

no smart tvs in room for when u want to do something after dinner (when you've already done the astronomy night tour) yoga room was filthy and smelly gift shop should be minimalist and beautifully displayed. instead this looked like a warehouse closet. room service menu wasn't complete. only listed dairy items and you have to call room service to hear what meat items they offer.

there is only one outdoor pool. while we were there, a lot of families with little children stayed and it was very loud and difficult to relax and enjoy the pool area. there was also an incident where one of the children took off his swimsuit and peed into the outdoor pool, which was annoying. non of the staff were there to keep the volume down and quite honestly the experience was damaged for us. there was no balance between families and couples time and it felt pretty inconsiderate. when approached to management we were told there was nothing they can do. with 3000 nis per night I should be getting the highest standard in hospitality and it was pretty far from it. it felt like a families weekend and not a high end hotel. I think we will not come back.

we booked this vacation several months ago for a couples weekend. there is no question that this is a luxury high end hotel and for the most part it acts like it. the rooms are clean, staff helpful, the meals are great.

Breakfast -- OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! Service -- very responsive. Value -- GREAT VIEWS, but VERY EXPENSIVE(!!!!) for the overall experience. Everything was over priced -- we did not eat dinner on location because of the cost. None-the-less, it was wonderful 2 days!!!

The check in was a mess - first, there was a problem with the beds. Then they offered us a different room and we waited 40 min for a bellboy to take us there. We packed ourselves and moved to the other room just to find out it wasn't vacant and to move back to the original. At the end, since they never came to separate our beds, I slept on the couch as I simply gave up on their poor service. This was not what I expected for a place of such standard and price. The manager at the reception asked me what he could do for us, I asked that they refund us for one of our dinners- they were supposed to call us about the refund - but they haven't. It is a shame. It is a beautiful place - and great service is critical for such a place.

The atmosphere is amazing. The views are breathtaking. The rooms a nicely decorated and breakfast is fantastic.

This is probably Israels best hotel. it actually doesn't feel like Israel at all, Its an amazing escape from reality. There is not that much to do in the Ramon crater except a Jeep tour, which means you can just enjoy the serenety and luxury that is hotel Beresheet. Amazing buffet breakfast and dinners, beautiful pools, and a true 6 star location and international customer service. Must do. Recommend to stay for 3 nights.

Food was excellent too many chocolate choices in the deserts for us - but then we are not local or US… We were allowed to relax after a tough journey and prior overwork.
