Room and especially bathroom extremely small. Not easy to use toilet because of sink too close, and moving inside shower cabin almost impossible.

Just a couple of little things.. my balcony didn't have a chair or table. There was no extra pillow in the room. The bathroom could use a stronger light bulb. But considering the price paid and the amenities, this is an excellent value. Looking forward to coming back!

Clean, comfortable, value priced, oceanfront hotel across the street from the beach in Lido di Camaiore. Balcony had an unobstructed sea view. From bed you can see the sea and the Camaiore Pier. Lots of free parking in town just a couple of blocks away. Air conditioning worked great!

Noisy guests next door, so I couldn't relax during the day (but it was quiet at night). Zero privacy on the balcony, as there's no proper separation from other guests.

Location. My room and bathroom were very clean, and perfect for a solo traveller. Comfortable bed, security safe, useful small fridge, air conditioning. Staff was very helpful, I had a small request in the morning and they were happy to help.

Just minor stuff: our room had no balcony (I believe the majority have one) but I guess that's the reason for the lower price. So to dry our clothes we had to go to the terrace where there is a tiny hanger, which fortunately was not used by anyone but us. The parking might be tricky: there's no hotel parking per se, but you have to park in the streets (not free). The hotel offers a discount for it so you'll have to pay 5 euro per day. It was not difficult for us to find a parking spot, maybe we were lucky (saturday afternoon) and there's a spot reserved for the hotel to unload your luggage. Wifi wasn't working at all in our room, we had to use our data connection.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The structure is old but everything (except wifi) was working fine including a/c, which we could tweak to our liking. The location is perfect, near the beach and the main promenade with restaurants and all. Excellent view from the terrace on the 5th floor. The hotel has a deal with a few beach services nearby so you'll get a discount (one of then is right in front of it). The room was small with just a tiny desk, but we managed; there's a small empty fridge and a safe.

Great location overlooking the beach and the ocean. Friendly and helpful staff. A classic feeling of oldfashioned Italian beach hotel in a positive way. Simple rooms but a good bed, a fridge and balcony. Clean and nice bathroom.

The location on the lungomare was perfect, in the centre of Lido di Camaiore, yet relatively quiet at night, and close to Viareggio. The soundproofing was exceptionally good, the roof terrace with sunbeds had a great view and was a bit cooler than down on the ground, and the staff was friendly. Last, but not least, as a solo traveller I liked the possibility to have a decent and clean single room with balcony and sea view at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to the Versilia area.

Cheaper rooms should still be better maintained than they were. Also there is no free parking, you can pay a bit cheaper at the hotel but they only allow you to park till 9am when check out is at 10am…this was annoying as we wanted to have late check out and not to worry about our parking permit

I appreciated the manages giving us another room after we didn’t like the first option
