Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was great and price but I found a couple roaches by the bed and I just imagine if it crawled up in the bed . The faucet in the bathtub was a little broken. I liked the rooms - nice big size !

Australia-internet was awful. We never managed to get it in our room - the bath had been left dirty - the shower door wouldn’t close and the floor flooded - I was talking to a staff member. She spoke into a Walker talkie in the middle of my sentence… I guess our conversation was finished!

United StatesThe fridge didn't get our items cold or keep the items cold, the fridge door top shelf was broken, the window opened but the latches that would normally hold the window open were broken on both sides of the window so when we did want the cool breeze or the fresh air it was very inconvenient and kept opening and closing also 1 of the beds had a slope or dip at the foot of it...didn't cause any issues while we slept but wanted the issues to be known so we didn't get charged, we were given an hour late check out which was greatly appreciated especially since I picked up my daughter very early that morning and we slept in. Thanks again royal orchid!

Guamthe bathroom! wasn't able to use the bathtub (and was hesitant to use the shower) but I understand it's an old structure. so it's very nostalgic I guess for those of us who remember it from childhood (:
the air con was COLD! for us, that's a must have on Guam. very comfortable sleeping area, big space, and the air was nice and cold! Great deal for the price! Great room for a night out!
