Missing or no shampoo. No cold option on the air conditioning. Not working lights on bed tables. No mirror on the room only a small one on wc. Breakfast nice but might have more variety of natural fruits or breads.

The hotel was going through an upgrade but didn't cause too much disruption.. The coffee and juice at breakfast could do with improving, also the back ground music at breakfast needs replacing or turning down.

In my opinion, this hotel feels more like three stars than four. Our room was pretty basic and the breakfast was only average. Those wanting more comfort may be a little disappointed.

Just five minutes easy walk from either the railway and bus stations. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet not far from the center of Caldas. Staff were really helpful and we were given a room in the exact part of the hotel that we had requested. Accommodation was clean and our bed was comfortable.

I don't like the plastic bed covers they are using these days in nearly all places in Portugal. It is too hot and too sweaty. The rooms need a little bit of updating in the near future.

I'm not really a fan of big hotels and reading the reviews I did'n expect too much but the room actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is very good, 5 min. from the busstation, 7 min. from the trainstation and close to a big parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with one of the doors and they sent someone immediatley to solve the problem. Because I left early I didn't try the breakfast so I don't know how that is.

The central aircon system wasn't working, by order of the health authority. It was, however pumping out air which was way too warm so we turned it off and had a sweaty night with little sleep. One saving grace was that, unlike some hotels which only give you a duvet, the beds had a sheet and extra layers to choose from. Our rooms also was not very well sound proofed but not too much of a problem as there weren't many guests.

Vaccination status checked on arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pleased to be given gloves to wear and everyone wore masks for the buffet breakfast was pretty good - lots of bacon and eggs! The juice was almost water but when we commented on that they fixed it. Coffee not great but acceptable.
