Amazing building, totally white and renovated, amazing customer support (what's up) answering to any of my questions within 10 mintutes. The great location - I couldn't wish better one! The room was very neat, modern. We had the room on the 3rd floor facing the church - one of the most popular sightseeing of the Porto. Just 1 minute walk - the Bookshop Lello. I would definitely stay here next time.

It is a nice place in a pretty calm location. Not a big amount of passing cars or people, despite the city center is really close. All the required kitchen stuff (e.g. bottle opener) and appliances. Clean and modern stairs and elevator.

It was requested to segregate the thrash, however there was only a single container. Also, since there is a dishwasher it would be nice for hosts to provide a couple of capsules, as well as for washing. Also, do not count on the balcony, it's rather a service area, not a relaxing one.

The large choice at breakfast and the location. The rooms were a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful with information and advice about sites and restaurants. The lounge was always available with plenty of coffee!

Perfect location just in the centre of Faro. Tasty breakfast view a phenomenal view on the city from the roof, friendly personnel and parking facilities at a reasonable price.

It was very suitable as it was close to my nephew’s student accommodation and was a 15 minute journey on metro into centre of Porto.

If we had been staying longer I would have wanted extra storage in the room. I wish I had requested a higher floor and not keen on interconnecting rooms.

The blind in the bedroom area was broken and was supposed to be fixed but didn’t get fixed. They knew it was broken in advance of our arrival but didn’t do anything to get it fixed before we arrived. It would have been great as there was another balcony behind that blind
