United KingdomOur room was situated close to the pool with a beautiful view of their well kept garden's. Beach towels were provided; also received complimentary cold bottle of water on visit to the pool. Hotel is located close to shopping mall and a few shops; approximately 10 minute walk to Grand Anse Beach. Use of microwave and fridge in room very useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed ourselves at Siesta Hotel.

United StatesI just think that the facility needs a bit of a morden touch update. Other than that, it was good.
I enjoyed my stay at siesta. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was helpful to get me another room and the assistant hotel manager was also very helpful to ensure my stay was comfortable she had ensure we had complimentary drinks while we wait by the pool restaurant for our rooms. I want to say an extra thank you to the young man who help me with my bags and transitioning from rooms traveling with a baby is already alot and the extra set of hands was appropriated thank yoy Cody for being very polite and helpful. Thanks to all the staff and helpfully will return next year.

United StatesSome of the buildings are on a little hill, so if you don’t like walking, try to stay in one of the buildings that is closer to the front desk and pool area.
Location was good short walk to the beach ,Supermarket and places you can get food to eat. Very friendly staff including the taxi guy who picked us up from the airport.

Nice budget hotel, very comfortable beds with nice quality bedding and towels. Kitchen area well equipped. Nice little pool if you fancy a cool down after the beach or out waking. Good location close to beach and everything else you might need, bars, restaurants and shops. Staff across whole hotel were lovely, very pleasant, helpful and professional.

United StatesBecause of the steepness of the climb to the rooms, there should be a golf cart or 2 to ferry clients with huge bags up and down the property.
The staff was excellent and went above and beyond starting with our reception by Dionne at the front desk. Even Romain the gardener was friendly and helpful, as well as the others (restaurant and room service - Jade, Karina??).
