We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe place is mostly in I'll repair but the worst of all was the bathtub. There was black mouldy spots everywhere and it looked so gross that I couldn't take a bath😭 The reason why I chose the hotel was especially the fact that they had a bath available. Except for the 2nd floor the fire escape doors were locked with a sturdy lock...how can people escape?

United KingdomVery very quiet for the size of hotel. Bathroom and parts of the accommodation areas were in a poor state of repair. The best part was the breakfast buffet but was only available one of my two day stay. Location not the best. Some distance from the main attractions.

United StatesThe rooms we were given (2) looked absolutely NOTHING like the pictures in the booking posting. Bathroom was atrocious, we almost left. Moldy shower curtain, rotting & moldy caulk, rusty spigot that leaks everywhere, water was either cold or super hot with no happy medium. Ceiling tiles uneven and show gaps into above, toilet constantly runs and hardly flushes fully, doesn’t look clean no matter how many times house cleaning comes to clean it. The floors looked dirty when we first arrived but it turned out they were just damaged. There was also a HUGE dead cockroach in the hallway outside our room for several hours when we first arrived.

NetherlandsIt's so run down! Curtains falling off the rails, had to fix with paperclips and the bathroom... Just awful! Mould everywhere, yellow discoloured bathtub, shower curtain in the tub, leakage stains everywhere, corroded taps, just awful. In our friend's room water came streaming down in her bathtub because the person above took a shower.
The pillows were really comfy. The bed was pretty okay too, the room is large. Breakfast is okay, staff friendly and the pool area was nice. Needs a bit of work, but usable.

ThailandStaff were not always very helpful or courteous, but again - not bad, either. One thing that was a definite let-down and something to consider before booking, is that the restaurant was closed from 9am to 6pm. God knows why. Thailand!
The rooms at RKH are a little dated and tired, but adequately comfortable and pleasant, especially if only for a short stay, as ours was. Beds are big and comfy. Pool is the highlight. Breakfast is a bit so so, with a limited selection, but it was at least included in the price.

FinlandRain coming inside from closed window watering luggages. Got to change the room to other side of the building with comments "rain is not coming that side". Neighboring room had to move as well in the middle of the night. Generally overall dirtyness and poor maintenance of the whole hotel. Bed sheets were dirty and was not changed. Everywhere makeshift fixings on deteriorating facilities seen. Also should mention that when in check-in asked to see the room first the reception answered that "No need to see the room since booked and paid already through booking.com".
Warm water in otherwise dirty bathroom. Based in to general cleaning status of the hotel, bedbugs were not seen against all expectations. Hotel may look and smell like animal shelter but farm animals were not seen inside even during raining.
