The shower drain was blocked and took 3 nights to sort out, The TV also didn't work until last day. Getting things fixed seemed to take a while! The resort seemed very quiet and lacked atmosphere. Communication wasn't clear on when the 2 restaurants were open for dinner/lunch (sometimes closed for staff training or private parties, but not advertised anywhere) and the menu at the pool bar/restaurant was a bit limited. We ate at the other restaurant one night and were the only ones there.

A great location next to the river and beach, with beautifully landscaped gardens around. Pool area and beach were good. The rooms was well equipped and comfortable. Beqa divers could pick up up en route for diving which could work well if doing multiple dives with them.

adult pool is abit of a walk away. booking options aren’t flexible. we had to check out 2 days early due to a family emergency and no compensation was given. didn’t like that we couldn’t control the aircon. it would be freezing at night time but we can’t adjust the temp and it was worse that we had a light blanket when we really needed a heavy one!

I loved the hospitality. great service and aircon felt great. beautiful view from our room and loved the two seperate restaurants prices of drinks and food was very reasonable. loved happy hour

The aircon was to cold, had to turn it of for the night. Couldn't adjust it. So everything was really moist. Lack of privacy in the bathroom

Staff was great and helpful. Had plenty of activities. The pool area was nice.

Our only difficulty was the air con in the rooms, it doesn’t adjust like normal, you can’t change it to a comfortable temperature. It’s either frigid where we had to wear multiple layers (which was fine by us), or if the door was cracked or the air flow off it would create a significant amount of moisture on every surface including making your clothing damp. We tried asking maintenance about it as we thought it was user error but even after they showed us how to use it, it still wouldn’t get to a warmer setting. But we completely enjoyed our stay!

The air conditioning was freezing and didn't seem to change when we turned the temp up. Only way to heat the room up was to turn it off and open the windows

Rooms were relatively simple but nice. The property was great, I had an injury that meant I couldn't walk but I was escorted around on the cart. Two pools and right by the beach! Lots of activities if you want (and aren't injured)

Food Average. Some staff not as friendly as you get from other resorts in FIJI. Missed breakfast 2 days so paid for breakfast that we didn't receive and no compensation.

I didn't like the three hour taxi drive that cost $200 from Nadi Airport. I didn't like the lack of channels on the TV. There was no option to be able to watch movies on your days where the weather was off or you felt like chilling. The massages were not great. Three of us received massages and they were pleasant at best.

I really enjoyed the buffet breakfasts, the cocktails. The pools and the beach. The staff were great. I enjoyed the food. I enjoyed the cultural activities. I loved the live music every night.

There is no culture at this hotel.... Nothing Fijian on the menu at the restaurant.... No local dishes etc. Prices are premium..
