The only downside to the visit was that the lazy river was not on due to some works going on around the outside it.

This resort is the full package. The water park is able to keep my 14yr and 3yr entertained. All restaurants are included in the all-inclusive, unlike most resorts I have stayed at in Egypt. The rooms are massive and were cleaned daily. My room had a pool just off the patio. Walking around the resort this was very common. The food was very nice and also offered options for children including an icrecream bar and multiple popcorn and candy floss stands. When it was too hot for the kids a replica museum and virtual arcade was able to keep them intertained, free of charge. The evening has big screens with animation films playing, entertainers and a mini amusement park similar to a travelling fair which was also free of charge. The shops on site were reasonable priced and the Senzo mall is just a walk outside the resort. The resort also had free pedal cars and an ice skating rink but I didn't use these. The resort has so much to offer and I would recommend atleast a 2week stay. I only stayed 5days as it was part of a split holiday but I will be returning towards the end of the year again as you can't go wrong with a family hotel at Jungle Aqua.

Everything was fantastic. We have no complaints and we realy like to come back agani in the future. This was our 2nd time. The sun is shining and the staf is wonderfull.

Large resort and great fun for the family, lots to do. The food is diverse and of good quality. There is a lot of variety. Especially at restaurant Tagine you can enjoy delicious Moroccan/Arabic/Egyptian food. And the atmosphere is cozy with good staff. Lots of slides, activities, entertainment, a new game hall, plenty of swimming pools and everything intact, clean and safe. friendly staff with attention to the customer. We would like to thank Ahmed Sayed from Asiatique and Mohamed Salah the cook and salad maker of Asiatique restaurant. Ibrahim Anwer and Ismail Mohamed from the reception. For keeping our room and enviroment clean we would like to thank Islam Mohamed, Mahmoud Mohammed and Khalid. And the people of Tagine restaurant; Saber mahmoud, Mohamed Fawzy, Mohamed Elsayed, Ahmed Abdel hadi, Joseph sadik, Faras Hassan, Abd El Ghaffer Hamdan, Omar Yususf, Mohamed Askr, Mohamed Naaim, Mohamed taha, Mustafa Aito. And chef cook Saied and Ibrahim Sayed of restauarnt La Marche. Al these restauarants are located in the propertie of Neverland. here you can eat very richly.

Everything was amazing starting with Mr Mohamed Ehab the receptionist who was very helpful all over our stay. The room was clean and of amazing size. The beds were comfortable , the swimming pool were clean and numerous, there was multiple restaurants with different delicious food in almost every meal, there was different shows all over the day also the beach and the sea were pleasant.

We recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at Neverland and I cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the exceptionally courteous staff. Their attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure our comfort made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel boasts an array of fantastic facilities that cater to both kids and adults, making it the perfect family getaway. One of the standout features is the incredible aqua park. Our children had the time of their lives racing down the slides and splashing in the various pools. In the evenings, the entertainment options were endless. The shows put on by the hotel were top-notch, offering a mix of dazzling performances that kept both kids and adults enthralled. The fun fair was another highlight, providing a classic amusement park experience with games and rides that delighted the entire family. And let’s not forget the food! The hotel’s dining options are diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. I don’t remember. I was more happy then unhappy

I found this hotel as the best place for my kids. I’m very thankful that when we arrived early they didn’t make any problem and provide as a room as soon as it was ready. Very welcoming and very professional staff at the desk. We wasn’t relaxing as kids are not independent, but we wasn’t struggling as there was comfort for all family provided . So many activities so many things to do . Friendly staff no one ask for tips. Everything is included even Virtual reality games for kids and adults . Amaizing neverland show. Food was good , Not perfect but for this price and all what u receive you enjoy a lot. Room was new and beautiful. I recommend to everyone.

It’s too big and you need to walk alot if you are going to ride a bike or to play in their own game place or you have to wait for the internal bus but it’s okay

The food was below average, the taste and variety can easily be corrected and made soo much better. More food outlets around the parks and pools to make it easier for parents. And increase the number of floaters and mats to accomodate the number of guests.

The amazing facilities and the amount of parks and activities for kids. The renovated rooms were very clean and spacious.. the number of pools all around that made the room experience quite pleasurable.

The hotel is extremely big, if you are going with other friends, make sure to book nearby rooms.

If you have kids - this is paradise. Waterpark slides for all ages. Very attentive life guards. Food is ok (but lots and lots of varieties). Round the clock entertainment.

A very small thing, the WiFi was irregular at times.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. As a couple, our room was situated in a quiet area with a pool, which was lovely. There were plenty of sunbeds, a wide range of slides for all ages, lots of bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a Spa/gym, shops, theme park, access to excursions, entertainment for all, and more. Lifeguards were excellent, very aware of all kid's and adult's safety. If you have a birthday, the staff will all come out singing with a drum and a cake, which they did for us and it was great 👍🏻 it was a great holiday altogether.
