At the main entrance of the building’s rooms there was this bad carpet smell which was so pungent, and the humidity on some walls was a bit visibile; maybe it was connected to the really bad weather of the previous days?

The Staff was super cordial, kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good and plenty of different type of food.

The room is a bit worn, with sloppy details and lighting. The fridge and dripping toilet were very noisy and you can hear the neighbouring rooms quite well. Bring earbuds.

Friendly, professional staff. Breakfest is ok, bedcomfort and bathroom adequate and there is plenty of parking space. The restaurant serves good dinner at fair prices and with good weather you can sit on the pleasant terrace. We have been here 3 times now as it`s convenient and you feel taken care of by the staff.

Not as modern on the inside as other hotels I stayed in during my trip.

The staff was the best thing about the hotel. Followed by location, it was 30 mins walk to the hospital in Vimercate. I was visiting a patient there.

The restaurant was rented out so we couldn’t have dinner. However the clerk arranged some pizza in the lobby.

We stayed here before, good location for travel and comfortable rooms. sufficient parking. friendly staff and small playground for children.

They could have furnished the place a little bit more with bed side tables on the small bedroom e and more coat hangers. Also extra shelves in the bathroom would have been great. We had to remind them every day to bring us clean cups for coffee but I guess cleaners were not in charge of dishware.

The size of the attic surprised us, we got two separated rooms which was great for my teenage daughter even if we booked on the 4 stars side of the hotel and we got accommodated into the 3 stars side. We loved the garden and the stunning cherry tree we took awesome pictures. Parking was also good - we always found a spot and location is right on the main street so easy to reach.

The only thing I did not like was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke and the wifi connection was quite bad.

Definitely nowhere near 4stars (would be lucky with two). The room smelt like extremely strong airfreshener. There were little to no amenities in the rooms and the bathrooms left much to be desired. The breakfast was also very disappointing.

Comfortable Bed

Unfortunately we had problems with the bathroom which made our stay rather unpleasant. Our first night, we discovered the shower drain was clogged and we were unable to shower. The toilet also felt like it was falling off the wall when we sat down. We informed staff the next morning and I was rather displeased at the rather blasé and unapologetic reply of "okay," (I mention this because it later turned out to be a pattern). The next night it was still not repaired so I contacted staff again and was given a room key, with a rather stern, "for the shower ONLY" admonishment which I felt was unnecessary considering the circumstances. The next day, the toilet seat broke. The next night, the shower was supposedly fixed, but still didn't drain properly so showers were extremely short and on trickle. Not fun for multiple people and more than a week. That same night, the toilet seat actually did break just by sitting down on it and from then on, we had to balance over the toilet to use it. The next morning I informed staff again of now two problems and was given another "okay." Neither were fixed before we left. When checking out, I mentioned to staff that I was unhappy with the circumstances regarding the bathroom and was offered no apologies, no empathy, no offers for any kind of compensation for the nearly unusable bathroom for more than a week. After paying and making one last comment about our experience, I was offered "something from the bar". No thank you. It is 9am and I don't drink. It felt a little insulting actually. I understand problems like this are possible at any hotel, but their attitudes and handling of the situation is how I judge and we were thoroughly unimpressed. Despite some positives, unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.

The breakfasts were fine with a selection of eggs, fruit, basic sandwich-makings, yogurt and pastries. The hotel itself is in a sort of odd residential/barren area but inside the courtyard is very pretty, with ample parking (which filled every night due to the busy restaurant, although we were always able to find a space), and even a nice little playground which my kids enjoyed and were able to spend a little extra energy between activities elsewhere. We stayed 8 nights in a family room with our children. There were two rooms plus a very small hall/entryway and the bathroom. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely with muted, pleasant colors. There was a small refrigerator (which was very loud and rattled the wall at night but at least it worked!) and the air conditioning, both of which were very appreciated since we were there during a record-breaking heat wave.

We searched and paid for a 4 star accommodation. After checking in we got the keys for our room and without any notice we were put in the 3 star part of the hotel. This should be made more clear on the website, not only that the room is in a side building but that this also is a 3 star accommodation and not 4. I feel that for the amount we paid we also could have gotten a real 4 star room in another hotel.

The garden was nice.

The hotel is very bad located nearby a major road and the cars can be hear all night long. The material used for the rooms construction are very low quality. The walls are not sound isolated and noises are travelling from one room to the other.

The restaurant was very good.
