    “Great location, great access to the rest of downtown, nice service. Today is my 5th day staying at the hotel and have a few more days to stay. The all staff at the hotel are friendly and professional. They are always quick to respond to requests. Front desk staff (Olfat Nasry) was very friendly when i checked in. She let me see the room with a nice view even before i checked-in. My Room is very clean and comfortable and housekeepers are around the hallway ready to help. Yussuf, who’s the overnight front desk staff helped me ordering a food on his phone at 2am. Last but not least, the view from my room is fantastic on the 10th floor. I will definitely stay here again!”

    “Some of the staff were very nice. With only one exception being very interesting..! E.lam was very popular with the ladies and shares the best stories. He is a real jokester and likes to get personal. The cleanliness was ok and the rooms were tidy.”

    “A lovely hotel with fabulous service and good facilities. We experienced exceptional staff for our entire stay. At the front desk Mohamed Abu Trika was always friendly and helpful, assisting and solving any issues or questions we had. Night desk Mohammad was also a wonderful help and at breakfast in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for Khaled. We were spoilt!”
