The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the food was very good. It was the safest place we could stay as two women, especially dear Ahmed, he took great care of us and fulfilled our requests immediately. I will definitely stay again when I visit Cairo and I will recommend it to all my friends. It is a very nice hotel, thank you very much to everyone.

Beds in our room were rock hard and we didn’t have hot water. Air conditioner took a long time to cool down so our room was boiling for the first night. Have to wait a long time for elevators

Staff members of the reception .. noises and incompatibility to sleep .. Sounds of the AC in the room Normal check out is 12 pm I asked the receptionist to do a late check out and they wanted to charge me for half night . I did not have (do not disturb sign ) on my door that’s why I told the receptionist please I do not want any room service or any one enter my room for any reason and she agreed, I returned found out some one entered from the house keeping.. Evey day I call the receptionist to ask her I want to buy a coffee from restaurant in the hotel she answers please call 7777 or 6060 I call them and no restaurant is answering to take order for 3 days I stay there

Clients should run away from this hotel! The service is nonexistent in this hotel, and the staff does not show any goodwill to solve the issues faced by the clients. During my stay, I had to face a leaky faucet and a flood in the bathroom, no A.C., no hot water in the shower. The room did not fit the description on Booking. One morning, there was just no staff for breakfast service, forcing the clients to go into the kitchen to prepare themselves their coffee. My toiletries were stolen (thrown out?) by the cleaning staff. Maintenance and cleaning staff would inadvertently pop into the room without being invited. Not to mention the out-of-order elevators, the absence of notification about the breakfast being transferred to another level, and the aggressive grooms demanding their tips before you have a chance to breathe. Finally, the fact that I didn't speak Arabic was an opportunity for the staff to make fun of me right under my nose. These people were terrible and never felt sorry to put us through all of this. They are the worst hotel staff I have ever met!!! And by the way, the swimming pool picture on Booking doesn't mean that you'll be able to swim... Fake advertisement!

The hotel location is great, near all the commodities and several strategic places downtown. The rooms are new and quite clean, but all of this is quickly eclipsed by the staff's behavior and lack of professionalism...

The breakfast time 7-9. I missed it all the time because I sleep in a lot 😂

The location was nice, the hotel bar has to be my favourite spot even though I wasn’t there a lot. Everytime I was there feels like my first time.

The staff is not professional and helpful. We had an issue with the WiFi in the room which we did claim at the check in. We have left the hotel and the issue was never resolved. The hotel doesn’t allow payment via credit cards as well, which is not mentioned anywhere.

It was great .

It is a very good new hotel with high standards of comfort and cleanness , included breakfast was delicious and good value at the rooftop restaurant which has a great view of Cairo city from the 13th floor , above all it has a perfect location and lovely staff .
