Really nice place to stay! Nice room with comfortable bed and bathroom (also had air-conditioning and fridge in a lounge area shared with other rooms). Liked the breakfast a lot! Fresh fruit and self-made juice, good coffee etc. Has also nice restaurant-bar for lunch and dinner or for a drink. Location also quite good; small walk away from the Ferry terminal and not far from the center of the City. Staff was also really nice and helpful. Had a really good time here!

This is a great stay for a couple of days. We stayed for four nights. For a stay that long, we would of preferred something a little more spacious.

Phil and Carol are amazing hosts. They take care of everything from breakfast to dinner to coordinating a guide for hiking. We enjoyed the ocean view balcony and the cleanliness of the room.

I liked the location of the property. Not far from the port and also from the town, Roseau. The staff were also polite and helpful. My room was very comfortable, clean and had an amazing air condition very powerful.

Toilet seat was wobbly in one bedroom. Otherwise fine.

Breakfast was continental and adequate. Location was convenient and good to be able to park outside. Small kitchen area for communal use was good. Bar was good. Lovely hot showers.

Loud neighborhood, mainly because of the election time and the roosters that started being loud at 4 am.

If I remember correctly, I tried to find the owner to get a blanket for the night (air con on : you freeze, air con off : too hot) and I couldn't find anybody to ask. In the end I didn't sleep too well. Otherwise, no complaints.

We could use 1 or 2 pillows in more but we didn’t ask for it. And we had some trouble with the TV causes to the Wifi, wich sometimes is loading…but also, TV was not our priority.

Perfectly located for us, near our car rental and with a beautiful view on the sea further… Many shops around (bank, pharmacy, food, liquor store) and easy to find.

AC too cold on arrival, we don't like to freeze. Water leaks from the shower into the room but not a big issue. Breakfast is served rather than buffet but this is a constant in Dominica. Room on the small side but OK.

The house, the room, the pretty breakfast place. The staff was efficient. Very quiet p lace. The place is extremely clean. Quaint surroundings, looks safe. Car rental next door. Short walk to center of Roseau.

There was a party next door to the guesthouse with very loud music. The host told us that they had that every friday but there was nothing that they could do. The party ended about 2 am and we slept through it. There was a lot of mosquitos, lucikly the bites were small and did not itch.

The owernes of the place was very friendly and helpful. We came later than expected because of delays with the ferry but we got a warm welcome and the information that we needed. They also helped us book a taxi to take us to the next city. The restaurant was very nice, good food and you could bye more breakfast if needed.

The property was clean. The breakfast was delicious; lovely fruit. We ate our last evening meal at the property and it was delicious. We chose the property because it gave us easy access to the trips we had planned. The hosts were observed to take very good precautions in relation to their cleaning to prevent any spread of Coronavirus.

I enjoyed my stay but feel like this is over-priced. You can get a huge hotel room in the US with more amenities for this price ($75/night).

Close to the ferry terminal and icy cold air con. The breakfast area is actually quite beautiful.

My single room was described as "This single room features an air condition, free Wi-Fi, Flat screen TV, work desk and private bathroom." I was expecting to have a work desk where I could sit and work. There was no work desk. In fact, the room was so small, there wouldn't have been room for a desk. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but that's the way all of Roseau is. (see photo)

It's an easy walk to/from the ferry dock. The wifi was excellent, both in terms of speed and reliability. The breakfasts included fresh fruit and good coffee. The management was responsive and helpful.

Before hand the waiter should have told us what the breakfast entails. Instead of letting us assume the breakfast was completely complimentary and there wouldn't be a need to pay for additional items.

As a solo traveler, I didn't prefer the location of the guesthouse. It was not far from the city center, however, didn't feel completely safe particularly at night. Also, Roseau was not the best city. However this is where all of the action happens to get settled and started.

Great stay. Philip and Carol are excellent hosts that do it all, cook, clean, socialize and make everyone feel welcomed. Definitely appreciated their hospitality!

This is not the fault of the hotel but good to know - the little town had loud music playing the nights we stayed. You get used to it but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to find somewhere more quiet.

Excellent staff who gave a warm welcome and didn't hesitate to help us plan some activities. The breakfast was fresh and the coffee, strong. The view from the balcony and the rooftop was lovely. The beds were firm but that is how I prefer them.

Wi-Fi connection was difficult to get at times. I didn't bother watching TV as it was a firestick. Got all I wanted on my laptop and phone which is what people generally do anyway when on that type of holiday. Staff could be in a simple uniform to give a more professional, corporate impression. Anti-slip strips on the steps need replacing and also the cover on the canopy.

Phil and Carol were very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean, safe and quiet. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and nice background music when played, especially the old school reggae. Great sea view from my balcony. Loved that the owners always wore masks in communal areas and insisted guests adhered to covid protocols. Phil lived in London for two years so we shared some mutual experiences and knowledge.
