5-10 min walk to the city center parking place right behind the hotel - foc my room in the 6th floor was great - quiet, big, comfortable Sauna and gym I didn't use - heard that you have to pay 10$ extra to use the Sauna Could check in 3 hours earlier! :-)

The room was very hot. The air conditioning didn’t work. It was so bad. We had a terrible night. The room would have been a refectory if we didn’t feel like we were getting microwaved.

The property looks old on the outside but is quite new on the inside, they have a spacious free parking and the location is close to the main attractions.

• When I was checking out early morning to go back home, the staff in the counter didn’t even say « good morning » to me and when I said it he didn’t answer me back. He was grumpy and unapproachable and I believe that was very rude for a staff who is working in a famous hotel like golden tulip. • The room was extremely hot and when I open the air conditioner it was too slow.

• The room was cosy and nice. • The location of the hotel is good for someone who is travelling to take the train.

The sauna is not for free. In the picture they show a coffee machine in the room, but actually there is not. The breakfast is too expensive .

Air conditioning could have been cooler, only felt the benefit if standing right under it. Although we were moved to another room and given a fan.

To be honest for what we wanted, it was great. The only thing was the heating seemed to be broken or set to high, it was quite warm in the room and we didn't manage to turn the heating down so we had to open a window

The location was fantastic and everything within walking distance. The place looked a bit like a concrete block but inside was lovely and the staff were great. We could park the car at no extra cost which was a bonus.

There is a thermostat in the shower with which I found it difficult to set the right water temperature. The washbasin tap was very heavy, I had to use both hands to open it.

The hotel has excellent location, it is easy to access by car and it has a large parking area. The room size is very reasonable and it is simply and nicely furnished. There was a complimentary bottle of water and coffee/tea facilities. In the reception area there are coffee and cookies available the whole day.
