Communication with this accomodation could be better. No direct email address given and none of the provided local phone numbers worked. It was a bit unnerving needing to prepay by bank transfer but not have a direct line of communication with the property manager. The information in the villas about items included needs to be updated (some items were missing) and there was no information about how to operate the hard drive connected to the tv. We couldn’t get it to display any of the movies in full screen. And while we were not in Rarotonga to watch tv, as we had 7 days of wind and overcast or raining weather, there were times when we did want to relax indoors and watch a movie.

These are lovely villas in a great spot. Close to Wigmores and two great restaurants (Vaima and The Yellow Hibiscus) and ocean views. The milk, juice and fruit supplied on day 1 was a nice touch. Quiet and fairly private.

Very hot weather so air con would be a bonus, but we just opened the doors. Barbeque was not working.

Perfect self contained villa right on the beach with everything needed for self catering. Comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom. The kitchen had basic cooking equipment, but sufficient for two people. We loved being right on the beach, and having a large covered deck for sitting outside. There were also two kayaks available for us to use. Thank you Maria we would love to visit again.

Villa 2. Privacy. Lined curtains on windows apart from the main windows at bedroom and lounge. Only sheer linings. Any lights on at night and other villas can see in especially as Villa 2 has the pathway to the other villas running past it. So hot the ceiling and floor fan did nothing to cool. Air conditioning would have been welcomed.

Location to beachfront ideal. Good proximity to Wigmores Supermarket, easy drive to Muri Beach and a few nice restaurants. Great snorkelling at Fruits of Rarotonga.

The crowing rooster and the dog that hung around and was too friendly. There was no TV transmission and the hard drive with movies/TV series on it, didn't work properly. A little way through a program it would stop and wouldn't start again. There are no instructions on how to operate the TV. This wasn't a big deal but TV shouldn't be advertised if it doesn't work. Also felt a little exposed with just having sun filter curtains at night time with lights on. There were no block-out curtains. We didn't like not being able to swim in the lagoon directly in front of the property.

Quiet location apart from the rooster crowing. The view out to the lagoon was lovely. Grounds are tidy.

It was a lovely location, roomy accommodation and owners would appear to have given a lot of thought in providing all of the little things such as phone charger/Bluetooth speaker, mossie repellant, a number of others that a lot of places don’t provide.Extremely friendly staff and cleanliness of the room was awesome, could not really ask for anything more. Was lovely to arrive very late at night and have milk, juice, bottled water, fresh fruit, tea and coffee available so we could have a cuppa.

The villa was tidy, comfortable and peaceful. Had all the amenities and more (loved that snorkelling gear was readily available). Proximity to the beach was amazing, particularly as we were close to a well-known snorkelling spot! The host was also responsive and willing to help out if needed.

The Wifi situation (normally really good), but due to wild and stormy weather, it cut off the phone. Otherwise the hot-spotting was really good. Just hot-spotted from another bungalow. Need to be aware that Rarotonga is an island and vulnerable to the weather, so although the Wifi Service has improved, there may be the odd glitz. We were confused as to what bungalow we were in: the numbering of the bungalows would have been helpful.

The situation was superb: right on the beach, and a stroll to the water. It was tidal, which was fine. At full tide it was only waist deep, but the water was clear and warm, with sand underfoot. The bungalow exceeded expectations: it was roomy, well decorated, excellent furniture (including large bed), and stove top for the coffee pot, and really really clean.
