The apartment was completely dark with very limited light. Arrogant male receptionist. If you go between 11 a.m to 4 p.m you will not even be able to drop your bag as the reception remains closed. First night we felt difficulties with heating system as well, but couldn’t contact as they were closed and we didn’t have the local number to dial the phone number they provided.

The toilet seat was off the toilet !! - not what you expect The heater in the bedroom didn't work on the second night - not way of controlling it The room and the sheets had an unpleasant smell - like someone had been smoking There was someone else's bottle of water left on the table the lighting was really bad - made the place very gloomy.

There's a weird smell every time I come in. The materials for the table and side table caused it all and it's really unpleasant smell. No outlet for hairdryer in bathroom

The facilities with kitchen and the equipment is very good for making your own food.

I could not lock the door once inside, it was blocked. Insulation is weak and as result it was cold in the room despite the electrical heating. Electrical heating is drying the air and not very sustainable heating. Floor in bad conditions due to flooding or opened window? electrical light was very poor leading to sad and dark ambient.

Convenient distance from Geneva center. Very close to the tramway station and very frequent tram to the city center. Bedding was very good! Staff at the entrance was very nice and helpful.

I am quite happy until they gave me a room with no good heating, with a broken shower head and no wifi. The manager was not so nice about my complaints and didn’t want to hear all that I wanted to say and dismissed me.

I’ve been a regular client of this property, booking a room twice a month at least and it has a very good location. The rooms are okay for its price.

Watch out for parking. Plan it or inform the residence before arriving their. More over just cross the border we found a Park Ride option though.

There wasn't ventilator and electrical tea pot in number. The lift didn't work at first night and first day. After they fixed it. We got the late check instruction, but there was a challange to find a parking first! We got only 1 entry card for 4 people, we received the second entry after our demand.

The bathroom is dated and quite old hence not clean. Annoying that I stay for 6 days and was only given 1 toilet roll. When asked for more toilet roll after 1st night I was asked to come back the next day. Car parking is extremely tight
