Very close to Muri, great views as well! The rooms were cosy and the aircon was a godsend. The rain was unfortunately with us most of our trip so we did spend probably more time than we anticipated in our accomodation but was very comfortable and relaxing

We had an amazing stay at the Passage Villas! Michelle and Sven made us feel so welcome and were so helpful, offering us a lift to the markets and to town to sort scooters. The villas are cosy and have everything you need. They’re right by the water and we spent our afternoons reading in the hammocks. It’s also super close to Muri and you can even walk a few kms to Muri lagoon for a swim. Highly recommend staying here while you’re visiting Rarotonga!

Great ocean view, comfy bed, lovely salt water pool , close to Muri Beach , lovely hosts Michele & Svein who shared great local info and gave us a lift into the Saturday markets where we hired push bikes. We enjoyed our 6 nights, a highlight was bad buoys happy hour :) Meitaki Maata

Loved everything!

Private, quiet villas with patio to relax, fall asleep hearing the waves, sit on Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine and enjoy the ocean view. The beds are super comfortable, living area cosy, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The apartments were clean and serviced every day. The swimming pool was steps away, perfect temperature, deep enough to swim laps. There is a ceiling fan, which was usually enough overnight but there is also an air conditioner if needed. You can walk to Muri beach or take the clock-wise bus a couple of stops. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into renovating and beautifying the property. They were kind, gracious hosts, who made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely stay!

The shower did not have much oomph. You need a car or bike to get around. It was not a swimming beach.

It had an ocean view and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and had some great tips on what to do and places to eat.

Great quiet location. Was kindly upgraded to a beachfront villa. So close to the beach tho not a swimming beach. All villas were separate and were very comfortable and roomy. And the hosts Michele and Svien are absolutely awesome. And loved the bar on Wednesdays and Sundays. Everything about our stay was 10/10.

Not a swimming beach but great spot for whale watching and reading a book, swimming beaches are just a short drive away so not an issue if you have a car

Michele and Svein have done such a fantastic job in refurbishing the villas and landscaping the garden areas. They are both very friendly hosts and go out of their way to help you. The ocean view villa was superb. The bed was so comfortable with lovely soft sheets. You have an amazing view from inside the villa looking out to the ocean. Even though the ocean front villas are next to each other you still have your privacy and don't notice the people next door. I can not wait to return and stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like but visitors need to be aware that the property is a 20min walk from Muri, the nearest little town, so a car or scooter is a must to get around. The swimming beach is also at Muri. The property does however have a very nice pool and deck area.

The villas are right on the ocean so you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the water. Watch the whale cruise by from your deck. Relaxed and beautifully maintained property with very attentive hosts that will help with any request. Swein also opens his private bar on Sundays and some arvos during the week which provides a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers and get some local knowledge. We loved everything about this place and we will definitely be back.

Location - Beach front villas so had a perfect view and sound of the ocean. Only 8 villas so very quiet and private we were just outside of Muri Beach so could either walk, cycle or bus. Information - Great information booklet with lots of tips and recommendations of activities and food places to visit we did them all and had a fantastic time and the food was amazing. Villa - The bed was so comfortable that we ended up sleeping very well. The facilities and decor well appointed.
