You can't really swim in the sea, lots of rocks, low water, not pleasant at all, but if you are more a "pool" person you will love it. Breakfast is basic.

The swimming pools, the room, staff. Overall it is a nice, modern hotel with a charm.

THe infinity pool watching sunset and the beach. The clean rooms and bathrooms with all you need. You ask and you get. I asked for a yoga mat to use in my room. Breakfast buffet excellent. Staff all professional and friendly at all times

Beach not as nice as we wished for and we had to take a taxi to Fisherman’s Village for food and entertainment. Taxis are not that cheap anymore. It’s less than 5 min drive from hotel to Fisherman’s village and we paid 200 baht from the hotel but were quoted 300-400 baht going back.

Wonderful hotel. An inter connecting family room which was very spacious, clean and modern. Located just 5 min from Fisherman’s village and it was very quiet. This part of the island doesn’t have the most clear water so not really a beach hotel as such. It had a lovely restaurant/bar and pool area on the beach with lovely views. If you’re happy to travel to beaches for swimming and evening entertainment, Prana is a lovely and peaceful hotel.

Great hotel! Nicest people I met in Thailand. The staff is really amazing. Very clean room, the pools are amazing and although you need to pass a road in order to get to the beach, the staff always helps with a smile. Very comfotrbla, nice breakfast, and in my opinion it's the best location in case you take a motorbike. All is close, but you have a perfect silence. Highly recommended. Will be back for sure. The busy road dividing the main part of the hotel with the beach, bar and restaurant. However this was not a problem, as a member of staff was there to guide you over and even stop the traffic if needed

What a lovely welcome. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and the welcome drink and cold towels was such a lovely touch after a long journey. The room was elegant, clean and practical and had all I needed. I ordered room service. Again, the member of staff was professional and friendly. Food and drink was very tasty and reasonably priced as well. The breakfast was varied and good quality . I liked the fact that it wasn’t a huge hotel. Big enough to have all the facilities, but small enough to feel personal.

Minor issues crossing the road at busy times but the security staff were always there ensuring we got across safely

Everything from check-in to leaving. Rooms were excellent, facilities excellent including bar and pool. Staff so so friendly with Joke and Lak going above and beyond. But then again so did all the staff.

Non-existent pedestrian infrastructure on main road (not a problem with hotel per say, but hence the lower safety rating); walls/doors are very thin hearing lots happening in the hallway

Good breakfast, decorated our room for special occasion, complimentary 30-minute massage (from Booking), restaurant voucher (from Booking), complimentary drink vouchers at the bar, helpful staff, great infinity pool (on the beach side of resort), free parking, walking distance to numerous restaurants/street food sit-downs and short drive to Fisherman's Village, greeted with butterfly pea tea

beach was very dirty, even though they said they clean it every day. Also it was not possible to go anywhere by foot, because of the busy street with no sidewalks. Breakfast was average.

The rooms on the beach side was amazing, with nice pool ant wonderful view.

Everything except that it's around the main street but that was clear beforehand, so nothing to complain about. In particular the breakfast was amazing!
