The best and worst part is the location of the hotel. It's very close to the airport which is great. But the traffic to and from the hotel to any other places are very congested.

They do have a free shuttle service for the hotel to airport (and vice versa). Which I think was amazing.

Paki , The receptionist positive attidute

My brother and I stayed at the Holiday Express for one night because we had an early morning flight to Saidpur the next day. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the excellent reviews we had seen on booking.com. On another note, my brother and I had planned to go shopping in Dhaka. However, when we went out and tried to find transportation, we were unable to secure a vehicle due to heavy traffic. Consequently, we decided to return to the hotel. My brother then went to the reception and inquired about the hotel's transportation services. Regrettably, the receptionist responded rudely, stating that there would be an additional charge for it and questioned if we were willing to pay." , my brother got very angry and came back and one of the receptionists ( Paki) came and apologize to my brother, my brother will go and stay this hotel again on 16- Oct - only because of Paki positive attitude and hospitality that she has shown to us

I did see some bugs in the room during our stay but I guess this is normal given the climate of the country

First thing this is Holiday Xpress and not Holiday Inn Xpress. The location is at a crowded street where no cab or Auto can easily reach. The overly priced rooms with very limited facilities. The breakfast they give is a selected set of maida pratha or khichdi, which brings no sense as a breakfast. The heavily priced restaurant at sight has no value for the money. Lastly, there is no food from outside policy , that if you bring anything in your hand , they speculate and even sniff or follow you up to your room to verify that what you have in your hand is not the food. Very pathetic.

The room was clean . The hotel staff were okay.

I didn't see any SPA facilities over there. Staff was not able to arrange any extra facilities as per my demand.

Behavior of staff was good to me. But some time the female staff was rude to me, which is really frustrating for any guest.

Everything was perfect nothing negative.

Well where do I start? Firstly they called me to confirm the pick up from the airport free of charge with the hotel car. The check in was smooth and easy. The staff was extra caring… making sure that I was not hungry and If there’s anything I needed help with. The location had everything definitely gonna stay there again highly recommended and I’ve also got a free drop off to the airport with their new clean car! Thank you guys Definitely see you soon!

Room was very dirty and toilet was disgusting. It’s too much dirty, I found insects inside of toilet. Room was totally dirty and uncomfortable. I will never again be there and not recommend. Overall very poor hotel and expensive even they are provide good service.

Only location is good, and transport is ok. Stuff was very friendly.

Breakfast limited. Bland. Cut roti with cold vegetable baji. Staff very stringent. Non flexible. Seem overworked, frustrated, and depressed. Some are disrespectful. Rooms too small. Beds too close to eachother and we're talking about the family suite.

Location is nearby airport but too much traffic. Parking space available but too small for vehicles and we must wait for other guests' drivers to move their vehicles to leave.
