Property is old, out dated. The carpet in halls had an odor.

It was reasonably priced for the Boston area. The staff were very grateful for our business & helpful with any request we had.

The room was okay. It needed some attention. It was tight getting into the refrigerator.

Staff is wonderful. Leesa is so sweet and very accommodating. Location was a plus. You can walk to the train station. Bar/restaurant has good food. Karaoke, swing dance on Thursday's & dance party. Fun place. I would stay here again.

We went there for certain amenities and when we got there, none of it was present and had to pay for an "upgraded" room for a refrigerator for all the groceries we had bought. Then the front desk clerk kept my credit card for the "upgraded" charges.

The views were top tier, the animals, especially the naming of the duck....adorable.

My room wasn’t clean after my first night, no fresh towels, ice machine broken, no elevator. Person at the front desk told me guess has to ask for their room to be clean, never heard a hotel like that, everywhere I stayed at they clean rooms no matter what everyday he told me basically they don’t trust house keeping people there

It definitely could have used some updating. The door handle didn't work at first so we needed some help getting in which was a bit annoying after a long car ride. The paint was chipping off the walls, the bathroom shower head was very low (especially for my tall husband) and just generally everything seemed outdated.

The location was great! It was about 20 minutes to Salem at an affordable price, which was our main reason for picking it. Close to the highway and staff was there late to help us check in. The beds were comfortable as well.

Bathroom is very crammed even for just one person. The pool was closed the entire time we were there (maybe we needed to ask for it to be open it was locked?) And we got coffee for free every morning but we didn't see the breakfast though there were two rooms that said 'private area' we didn't go through since...private.

There is a wonderful trail around the lake that shows a lot a beautiful plants and there's always wildlife to see there. The lake is stunning and you are right on the trail! I felt safe even while alone on the trail. I walked around the property (off trail) and there's nice places to sit/rest and watch the sun go up/down or even star watching.

It could have been cleaner. The carpet was kinda gross. And the paint was peeling off of the tub. The towels werent nice or big enough.

It isn’t a hotel, it’s an older Inn. The owners should put some money into the building. Could have been cleaner but wasn’t awful.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome! The very best part was the staff!

The odor/smell in the hallway was pretty bad. The chair in the room was really not clean, so I used it for my luggage.Wiindows probably not cleaned. The building is aging, poor upkeep, and no options for breakfast. (There were no curtains.) Housekeeping didn't even tidy the room the second day.

The blinds in the room are diffiuclt to operate, especially to get complete black out for sleeping. There is no luggage rack for suitcases. Also, there is no lamp on the desk, which makes it difficult to do any kind of work, including using my laptop. The staff input my credit card information incorrectly, which led to my card being "declined". There was nothing wrong with my card, but I had to give them a different one at the desk. I guess I expected more careful attention from the staff.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. This is an older property, which has been renovated and it seems to be in okay shape, although some things are showing their age (especially in the bathrooms). Our request to have rooms close to the lobby and on the first floor was followed, thank you! This made it easier for the three seniors in our group. The location is good, and the price is very fair.
