Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MontenegroIt could have been cleaner and we had a problem of loud guest who were making noise after 11pm.
Our room was spacious and it looked at the swimming pools outside. We were able to enjoy a day at the thermal pools, and the price was reasonable. Bus stop which led to tram services was nearby. The pool in the hotel was really nice. Coffee is good as well. Our room was cleaned every day. Staff was pretty kind and helpful.

OmanSome neighbors in other rooms are making noise and the walking path to the room need to keep the lights switched on because once switched off I cannot see the walking path and identify the staying room. Rather than this the hotel is amazing and recommended.
Hotel is great with all services and shops are nearby and inside the hotel. Reception team are excellent. Breakfast is very good.

GermanyAt Check in you need to deposit your passport!!! Maybe that will be one of the main reason mit booking this hotel again. And the Site of the Hotel, I Just don't Like...but that's a personal thing, I know.
I slept very well during my stay, even the hotel is very close to the Airport (Planes fly Close by), had many rooms and guests and still re-construction is going on. Breakfast okay - a lot of choice so I think almost everybody will find something to eat. Only 10 min by Car Back to the Airport, 20-30 min to Sarajevo.
