Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Germany1. The payment stucks sometimes with Visa there you pay a first amount then you continue the rest in the reception. However the synchronization between the commercial team and the reception was moissed there you might face some misunderstanding. I suggest to improve the internal communication within the stuff members. 2. The elevator is so slow and only one by facility is too less to handle all the residents requests. 3. It would be better if the bar area was separated from the family area in the pool zone. It is too intimidating to stay there with your family near to people drinking alcohol.
1.The hotel is clean and the stuff was so welcoming. 2. The location is well placed and near to the inner city. 3. The breakfast menu is well diversified but could be better with more local products ( mlewi, banbalouni, ....).

Kuwaitextremely dirty. let be elaborate: 1. initially booked room smelled like mould. fresh mould on the wall. bed sheets and cushions had stains on them. 2. there was pee on the toilet chair! 3. AC was barely working. 4. no towels. 5. no fridge in the room. fridge is very important in summer due to very high humidity, so any cold water you buy will warm off very quickly. We went to the reception to complain and they had us go through 3-5 rooms (cant remember) before we settled for something that is barely livable. even then, the shower hose was ruptured and the head was extremely worn out. I had to replace it myself by swapping it with a newer one from another room! We wanted to take a dip at the pool in the morning but pool water looked so dirty, we couldn’t. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
location is the only good thing about this facility. absolutely nothing else is good. very, very bad place.
