As it is on a busy road it was quite noisy during the night. Perhaps not helped that we left our window opened as it was very warm and no air conditioning. The Danish like their sirens on emergency vehicles !

The property is in a great location and is convenient for everything in central Copenhagen. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great . Staff were friendly . Would definitely recommend.

Room was comfortable and Beds were soft (for me it was super good). The location of the hotel is very central, walking distance from Tivoli gardens and other attractions. Breakfast was good and suitable for 3 star hotel. I recommend this hotel.

The room can get warm from hot sun, but closing drapes during day helps, and staff will provide fan to circulate fresh air by opening balcony door. Wifi is unstable in the room; you need to move near the desk or door to get better wifi. The shower is a bit unusual, making it difficult to keep floor dry, but staff helpfully provides new towels each day.

Breakfast was superb in large, bright dining room. Wide variety of offerings, sweet and savory, hot and cold selections, options for vegetarians, or those with gluten free and lactose free needs. Excellent coffee and hot milk available for perfect cup to start day. Staff very kind, letting us check in early, and provided us with helpful advice. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in room. Rooms well cleaned each day. Location is great. Easy walk to Tivoli, key sites, and train, suburban train, and metro.

A silly thing really but when the staff came to `do` the room they folded all the bedding up, left it neat but then you had to re make the bed every night? Strange, never come across that before, usually they make the bed, not fold it all up for you to do it. Although we were given a map, the area was a little awkward but mainly due to the language and pronunciation for us.

Breakfast was first class. Room was clean and comfortable, always hot water for shower and tea/ coffee in room. Location good if you are ok to walk a bit to tour buses etc. Most people on reception helpful. One was offhand and dismissive of questions, she treated you like an idiot. The rest were great. Lifts were good and not a noisy place at all. Restful.

During Breakfast time, refilling was quite late and you have wait in queue. Interest connections are bad here.

We could hear quite a lot from the other rooms at night. Fortunately though the other guests were not disrespectful.

I liked the fact that there was all the essential: soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton swaps etc. I didn’t find this in many other hotels. I was happy about it. Plus the cleaning service was very efficient; our room was always tidy and clean when we got back in the evening. Also the bed was very comfortable, the sheets really soft and the all room warm.

First night we were in the front of the hotel and it was extremely noisy. Managed to be moved to the back of the hotel and it was much better
