The only small thing I suggest is changed is offering a mini bar for all rooms regardless of whether they have booked directly with the property or not - even just a couple of bottles of water in the fridges each day would be appreciated.

I felt discriminated against because I am black from both the staff at the restaurant and fellow guest. Staff at the restaurant clearly treated white guest much better in terms of service. I initially thought that is how black visitors are treated on the island but when I went out of the resort, I was glad that was not the case

Beautiful facilities. Also right beside the valley church beach which is my preferred beach on the island because of how shallow the beach is for several feet into the beach. If you don’t want to swim but want to enjoy the beach. This is the best beach to go to

There were families with kids passing the hotel to go to a restaurant… I saw them jumping into pull with kids. None of the staff noticed this. This is quite frustrating especially because there is not enough beds around the pool anyway for guests, and this is an adults only hotel. Staff should be more reactive to that.

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, food was outstanding every day, we enjoyed every meal. Rooms were big and comfortable, cleaned every day. We had great massages at the spa.

NO WATER IN ROOMS. Had to walk long distances across the resort to get any drinking water, then the drinking pump machine was down for a couple of days. It should be MANDATORY for a hotel at this price to have water in the fridge every time the room is cleaned or set up for a new guest. VERY BIG HOLE in the set up in our opinion.

The food was generally good, one or two dinners disappointed, however there was a choice every day so best if you are happy to eat everything.

The booze selection could have been more high end.

We booked this because it wasn’t a big brand and it was off the beaten path - and it did not disappoint. It’s not a full service 4-star hotel - be prepared to do some things for yourself. The villa was great, the staff was AMAZING. The food was well curated. Venture out to some local spots for some variety. Could not have asked for a better week of rest and relaxation.

We had a fabulous pink cabin with beautiful sea view in the middle of luscious tropical trees and plants which were beautiful. Walking to the restaurant at night it was pretty dark, extra lighting would help Room sleeping Indian

The staff were all so very professional happy & go out of their way to help. The hotel has a lovely family feeling & everyone is proud to work & be a part of coco bay. The food is delicious . The drinks were made by professional bar tenders .. Lisa made fabulous cocktails .. & the girls in the coffee bar were experienced barristers. The hotel complex is beautiful and so well kept by the many groundsmen. 2 stunning pools a beautiful beach .. Every day we took a canoed around the bay or walked to the various beaches . We stayed 11 nights and each one of them was wonderful .. I would highly recommend coco bay and hope to return again one day. Jo & Rich Milton

Nothing.. everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect from the time we arrived to the second we left! I can’t fault cocobay resort at all and the staff are super amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.. Had the perfect winter get away and will 100% return again. The food exceeded our expectations and every meal was superb quality dinning! Been to many Caribbean islands and Antigua wins for me a very special holiday 🥰

Booked our room with plunge pool based on the picture on the booking.com website.(see picture) right in front of the cottage. We ended up with a very cold, uninviting plunge pool somewhere on the side (see picture) Lower pool became a bit cloudy during the week, maybe needed some upkeep... Beach access beyond the bar could benefit from a facelift,

Breakfast/lunch/dinner choices were good. Menu changing daily. Staff was very friendly, chatty and efficient. Liked the Carolling event on the 22nd....

More appetizers could be offered as afternoon snack other than the one panini choice per day. I was surprised to find that there’s not much to see in terms of snorkeling.

Very quaint and secluded getaway. Excellent place for couples to enjoy, relax and rest. The kayak, paddle boarding, nature walk, painting and fitness classes were all an added plus and were included. The arranged excursions were good.

Beautiful location, friendly staff. Really liked the cottage-style accommodation and plunge pool. Views and sunsets were amazing! Lots of options to spend your day - beach, pools, bars, etc. And the food was fantastic.

Could have used more public bathrooms and stepping stones from the place to wash off feet to the sidewalk. We are gluten-free, and we're served gluten twice.

This property is amazing. Gorgeous views all the time. But its assets are the amazing people. The customer service and the friendliness of the staff are better than any place I've ever traveled. Some of the amazing people are Derrick, Melissa Scott, Mr Gore, Dwanika, Jermain, Marlon, Kemlin, and Melissa the waitress. All the pools are heated by the sun so they are refreshing.
