I always look at previous feedback and someone mentioned back in December about the pillows being stained. The hotel replied to the review saying they would sort it out. Well I checked my pillows and out of 3 i would only sleep on 1 because the other 2 were that stained they were unhealthy looking. It’s all about hygiene at the end of the day. It’s nice to know your sleeping on nice clean pillows. Hopefully the hotel will take note this time and invest in some new pillows.

The property was in a good location close to the beach not far from the center of town. Staff were very friendly.

No serious complaints from me really. Probably they need to buy some new pillows as they were pretty stained behind the pillow cases. TV remote didn't work but I just used the channel switcher on the TV directly.

Great location and decent price. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second hotel I've stayed down this little street, both have been good. I'd stay in whichever is cheapest.

Rooms are a bit shabby, but nothing a little freshen-up wouldn’t fix. Water dribbled out of the shower - this needs attention ! Flat-screen tv was not flat and not of this century !

2 mins to the South end of the beach. 15 mins walk to the night market. 5 and 10 mins to the malls. On a quiet back-street so no traffic

Pool seems to be shared by all the other hotels in the street with very little seating, no sunloungers or parasols

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Didn't actually stay at the annex which was being renovated. Stayed at their other hotel s few doors away.

Airco unit didn’t work in one of our rooms properly. Walls are really thin and could hear the person next door as if in the same room

We booked a room on a high floor in the Hotel's Annex, but it was "closed during our stay". They gave us a large room opposite the hotel in a converted guest house. We had to climb four sets of stairs to our room, as there was no lift. The Manager said we hsd a lovely view from our balcony, which was a straight out lie. Our balcony view was lhe hotel's rooms directly across the street.

The hotel is very close to the beach and only 10 mins walk to Market Village shopping centre.

Staff were friendly. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Market Village. There's also a nice restaurant by the beach.

No kettle in the room, and boiler downstairs was cold or empty, so no tea for breakfast. No ceiling fans or safe, although you could lock valuables away in the cupboard.

Rooms were clean and the cleaner was lovely. Location was great and a very good beach restaurant just out the back. Big bed was very comfy.

The place was clean and offered a reasonable price. Friendly staff. The staff cleans our room daily. Just about a 2 or 3-minute walk to the beach. It's near Market Village too. Would love to go back to the same place.

Floor 4 without an elevator,OK with us but not for elederly or disabled.

Nice staff,very serviceminded! We could store our luggage while travelling for a few days and then returning to Tipurai . Comfy beds and spacious rooms (we hade a 3bed with 37 squaremeters). Nice, clean and wellkept. 2-300 meters from Market Village, likewise to the excellent beach. Wellkept pool.

One of a number of hotel down a small road off the main road. A nice place with very nice friendly helpful staff. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
