No bar facilities on site meant that you were trapped at the 2 x beach bars which could then charge whatever prices they wanted

Bathroom could use some updating. Our unit, #28, had brown water coming out of all faucets. They offered us another room to just use for showering, but we were 5 people and wouls have to walk across the entire complex. Luckly it happend on our last day, so it did not have a big impact, but it could have been a disaster if it had happened earlier!!!

The location is AMAZING!!! You walk out and you're on the beach, with a front porch overlooking the ocean while you're having breakfast! Makes going back home very difficult!!!

Kitchen appliances needed replacing, especially the refrigerator. There was an extra charge for an in-room safe, which we thought was 'cheap'

Beautiful landscaping lovely pool. Very clean. Helpful staff. Broken air conditioner was replaced within 24 hours. Complimentary bottle of champagne was a nice touch.

Beautiful location by the beach with lovely gardens surrounding the apartments. Each apartment is separately owned so they are all slightly different, some better than others. Make sure that you have one with a balcony, which is picturesque but also the breeze is very pleasant. Two good (though fairly expensive) restaurants within 100 metres on the beach. Hawkers sell fresh fruit and vegetables in the car park most mornings. Good security presence.

This isn't about the property, but rather ourselves and what we like to do when we travel. This was our first time in Antigua, so we wanted to see more of the island. Most of the night life and other activities are down in English Harbor/Shirley Heights which is a 45min drive away. I think knowing this we would have stayed closer to those areas. However, would absolutely come back to Antgua Village for a relaxing beach vacay!! They do offer lots of sporting options and tours near here too.

Loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, and environment was so peaceful. Also helped that the rooms are a 2-4min walk from the beach. With towels and chairs available. There are 3 restaurants all within walking distance, and even a Tiki hut bar just off the beach. Would highly recommend staying here! We absolutely loved it!!

Previous reviews have mentioned loud music from the adjacent Sandals resort but we didn’t find it to be a problem

The property was well situated adjacent to the beach and within easy walking distance of two restaurants. The village is extremely well looked after and the staff were always helpful. Taxis and trips could be arranged and advice given on the surrounding area.

You can hear Sandals when they have their activities from Friday - Saturday however, once you we were in our room you couldn't hear a peep! So it truly wasn't a bother.

Very close to a very clean beach and there were always beach chairs available. The AC worked wonderfully and very powerful water pressure in the shower. Always had security present on the property. Very friendly and pleasant staff. When we didn't know how to operate the stove, maintenance came in less than 5 mins. No screaming children - peaceful! Nice size pool and it was clean. Very well kept and beautiful property grounds. Covid testing requirements to return home was able to be done at the resort.

I have no dislikes at all concerning my stay at Antigua village. I had a great time.

The staff was helpful and friendly at all times. I was extremely pleased to see that the room I saw advertised was exactly the room that I got when I arrived.
