A little crowded at breakfast.

Nice atmosphere, in the bar area, Sauna and pool well managed and enjoyable. Really enjoyed the breakfast, although we hit it at peak time and struggled to find a table as it was cool and damp outside so most wanted to eat indoors. Only a short wait for an available table.

Since I was there at the end of the season, there are some things which spoiled my whole experience. Two days I had what I expected from the full board but after that the hotel started to shut down slowly. But I guess that's standard procedure. Heating off and coffee machine off were things that I didn't like. The rooms are not soundproof so if you want to enjoy the silence you might need hearing pads. It's a little away from the city center, so you need to travel to the city marina and urban events as well as historical points.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The food is super delicious and arranged with taste. From the side sea rooms you can see romantic sunrises or sunsets. Front sea view is something you'll always remember. Stuff members are polite and professional. Restaurants with terrace or outside space are spots where you want to enjoy not just food, you have full summertime vibes experience. To sum up, my late getaway impressions are Elena masseuse from "Ether" spa, helpful and kind waiters/ses and super efficient maids. So, people. Well organised and trained team can make your staying really comfortable and pleasant. Facilities in the room are nice, bathroom meets the highest standards, beach is clean, sea is clear, you have everything to enjoy your vacation. Overall, I would like to be back and I highly recommend this place for the families and couples since there are so many contents I haven't mentioned since I was there as solo traveler. You will meet your expectations for sure.

Did not like the air conditioning as it wasn't strong enough. Even during our stay in November, the room feel very warm and stuffy. We have to open the balcony door to get some fresh cold air and had to kept it open all day and night while we there. (not a major problem but cannot imagine staying there during summer when the temperature will be much hotter)

Hotel was right next to beach and had shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Lovely lady at reception when we check in and we were given fresh lemonade arrival drink. Clean and comfortable hotel room. Personally found the bed very comfortable, as for my boyfriend the bed is a little short for him. We were given a nice little welcome note with a box of cyprus delight and 2x voucher to use in the spa in the hotel during our stay. Breakfast buffet at the hotel is nice with some variety of choices. We were able to extend to an hour extra for check out with the same lady at the reception without any extra fee.

The breakfast was tasty but cold and not replenished very fast. There were no clean tables. The beds were a bit uncomfortable (personal preference) and not very long.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel in general was very clean. We got a free upgrade which was lovely.

The bed was too short by about 6 inches for my husband , who is 5 feet 11 inches. Also I think some Christmas decorations would be nice, the welcome gift of Cyprus delights was OK but a bottle of wine and fruit would have been better. Thanks

The staff working in this hotel it belongs to a 5 stars hotel. People are kind, service oriented, polite and HUMAN, they make you feel at home, well, a really fancy home. Installations are perfect, I usually don't come to larnaca but as far as I saw this is the best you can find in here. Bedroom perfect size, clean, plugs near the bed, good wifi, excelent breakfast and amazing dinner. Absolutely recommended

These are not really critics. Just some additional info to future guests. The beach is not sand. The swimming pool water was colder then the sea (this was October). It is a bit isolated so you need a car to get there.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. The room had a great view heading east. The rooms were spacious enough and the bathrooms were good.

The staff at reception and waitresses at the restaurants could be more welcoming and smiling. The balcony with the jacuzzi is adjacent, obviously, with other balconies of the same sort, but the wooden fence between the balconies doesn't give enough feeling of privacy. For October I think that the price should've been a little lower, because you can't really enjoy the pools as the water temperature is very cold.

The complex is beautiful and has everything you expect of a resort in such level The food is very good, tasty, fresh and with a good variety.

A slightly worn out room and mould in the shower (by the way, this product is very effective against mould https://eshop.tatrachema.com/dezinfekcia-a-sanita/savo-proti-plesniam-500ml-295.html). More emphasis should also be put on the cleanliness of the room (windows, window frame rails etc.).

Although the room (117) was a bit worn out, with mould in the shower, the spacious terrace, tasty cuisine (we had a full board), private beach with sunbeds and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. The sandy beach with extended shallow access to the sea is a particular advantage for families with small kiddos. I also give the thumbs up to the daily supply of bottled water and coffee capsules. Hotel photos correspond to reality. We would be returning guests.
