The staff at Dreams were incredible! The food was delicious at all the restaurants we tried and the resort itself was perfect. This is a smaller resort which we really enjoyed and it is in a gated community with little shops and restaurants. We were there with 16 people of all ages and they all enjoyed it! The staff were so attentive and helped us with any requests that we had. They went above and beyond to make it extra special for us as we were there celebrating a 60th Birthday. This definitely will be a trip that we won't forget! I would also recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club. There is a separate pool which is not as busy as the main pool and the bar staff are fantastic. You also are able to enjoy breakfast a la cart at the Oceana Restaurant which is outdoors and it is delicious. They also have an exclusive bar and appetizers on the 7th floor which is open early for a light breakfast and snacks at night. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We did also hire the photographer on site for family photos. We had a fun time taking pictures and they turned out amazing.

We loved our stay in Catalonia. All staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. The restaurants had amazing food! Very well equipped gym. Room were super clean every day. We would love to be back one day.

This resort was simply amazing. The staff is the best and they really take care of you wherever you go from the pools to the shows to the bell boys . There are several different restaurants available to busy with a reservation… hibachi & also a steak house. There are also buffets available with no reservations and have many variety & dessert bar. They also have a cafe with coffee and latte and an ice cream bar with many different selections. There is a dinner show every night with a reservation as well. There is 24 hour room service which is amazing for late nights. There was a club vibe spot with pools inside… pool tables … and bars for days. You can book excursions with the vacation planner. There is also a water park for children and a skate park. This resort was huge & worth the money. Again the staff was great and they made the trip for me. Thanks Hard Rock!

The childrens' pool was exceptional. We stayed the evening as we were in Tulum, staying in Playacar. The beach was the best of our 15 day trip as we travelled to various areas. It was very clean and clear water. The food was exceptional and the room was spacious. Thank you. Hoping we can stay again in the future.
