The staff at Dreams were incredible! The food was delicious at all the restaurants we tried and the resort itself was perfect. This is a smaller resort which we really enjoyed and it is in a gated community with little shops and restaurants. We were there with 16 people of all ages and they all enjoyed it! The staff were so attentive and helped us with any requests that we had. They went above and beyond to make it extra special for us as we were there celebrating a 60th Birthday. This definitely will be a trip that we won't forget! I would also recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club. There is a separate pool which is not as busy as the main pool and the bar staff are fantastic. You also are able to enjoy breakfast a la cart at the Oceana Restaurant which is outdoors and it is delicious. They also have an exclusive bar and appetizers on the 7th floor which is open early for a light breakfast and snacks at night. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We did also hire the photographer on site for family photos. We had a fun time taking pictures and they turned out amazing.

This resort was simply amazing. The staff is the best and they really take care of you wherever you go from the pools to the shows to the bell boys . There are several different restaurants available to busy with a reservation… hibachi & also a steak house. There are also buffets available with no reservations and have many variety & dessert bar. They also have a cafe with coffee and latte and an ice cream bar with many different selections. There is a dinner show every night with a reservation as well. There is 24 hour room service which is amazing for late nights. There was a club vibe spot with pools inside… pool tables … and bars for days. You can book excursions with the vacation planner. There is also a water park for children and a skate park. This resort was huge & worth the money. Again the staff was great and they made the trip for me. Thanks Hard Rock!

the faro for adult only was amazing. lots of choices. great view. never over crowded, waitresses were exceptional (elisabeth) knew our order by heart by the third day. very nice. we went back every morning and lunch. our room was very spacious, always cleaned well. good dinner options. lots of activities on site. we went here for a wedding and it was beautiful. the bartender in heaven and the bar next to umo were beyond amazing. the girl who bardended at umo made delicious and beautiful drinks. eduardo in heaven was so friendsly and knew drinks by heart. shout out to everyone. amazing staff and good food and drinks. lots of wild moneys between 530-630 between buildings 1-2 in the back

L’hôtel est magnifique et très récent . Le Barcelo Maya Palace fait parti d’un groupement d’hôtels Barcelo avec une unique entree contrôlée 24/24h . L’ensemble est vraiment très grand et magnifique . Les piscines sont superbes et l’emplacement près de la mer parfait . Le wifi fonctionne très bien partout , le personnel est attentif et soigné . La nourriture est variée et plutôt bonne .

C'est un endroit parfait pour passer des vacances en famille. Il y a pour tous les goûts. La formule all inclusive est top. Nourriture du buffet très variée. La plage est bien aussi. L'eau était bleue turquoise. Les piscines sont enormes. Les enfants étaient dans un rêve. La salle du sport est tous simplement sublime! Tout est très propre, le personnel respecte bien le protocole sanitaire.
